Rewinding of 5 HP,1440 rpm, 3 phase induction motor for crate weaving machines installed at workshop Belicharana with super enameled copper wire of required gauge and varnishing the motor. Job includes dismantling, installation & fitting of motor along with replacement of worn out nuts and bolts. Also restoration of cable connection of motor and testing at site . The job also include the cost of material and labour charges, transportation charges and all taxes as applicable.

Providing and Fitting of descaling steel roller and pins for crate weaving machines installed at workshop Belicharana. The job includes dismantling of descaling steel roller along with cotter pins, keys , nuts, washer etc. from the descaling box and then assembling new 5 number descaling steel rollers, pins, cotter pins ,keys, washers on the descaling box and testing the machine with new parts. The job includes the cost of material, labour charges for repair of machine and all taxes as applicable.

Providing and Fitting of die set with blade (6”x6”) for crate weaving machine installed at workshop Belicharana out of hollow shaft .The job include spiral cutting on M.S pipe of outer diameter 150 mm ,wall thickness 12 mm by gas cutting process and fabrication of M.S blade 125 mm width,10 mm thick of required length with hole drilled on both ends (as per sample provided) . Both die and blade should be necessarily heat treated for surface hardening to withstand wear and tear of B.A wire. Fitting of die set on spring manufacturing machine installed at workshop Belicharana and testing of proper functioning on the machine.Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges and all taxes as applicable.

Providing of 18”/450 mm Bolt Cutter of reputed make for cutting B.A wire of 4mm dia. during crate manufacturing process. Complete Job includes all taxes as applicable.

Servicing of Mahindra and Mahindra 40 KVA D.G set installed inside the premises of Crate Weaving workshop Belicharana. The Job includes cleaning of engine with engine flush, changing of Engine oil, Coolant, Air Filter, Diesel Filters and Engine Oil filter. Also replacement for all damaged hose pipes and clamps of radiator and engine oil filter, replacement of leaking water body of coolant circulation system. Job includes replacement of D.C alternator belt, cleaning of radiator, replacement of damaged parts of exhaust manifold, repairing of A.C to 12 Volt battery charger. Job also includes replacement of old 150 Ah D.G set battery and providing and fitting of new battery at its place. Job includes minor repairs to Fuel Injection Pump and Alternator. Also testing of D.G set after serving. Job also includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes as applicable.

Jungle cutting , removing of bush and shrubs and clearing the fallen tree from the area of stacking of woven crates, area around crate weaving machines and area around D.G set. Job also includes cost of material, tools, labour charges and all taxes as applicable.
