Dismantantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any guage, thickness, including nainital or similar roof coverings

S&F Pre-painted galvalum aluminium zinc coating steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50thick (total coated thickness ) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa minimum ,yeild strength ,it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% aluminium ,43.5% zinc silicon and finished with resin coat on both surface @150 gm/sqm of coating a\s specified and shall be fixed with hot dip galvanised ,self drilling and self tappig screws neoprened and EDPM washers as in roof covering alll as directed at site all as specified and directed .

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating steel based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile stength of 550 Mpa as in roof /covering /clading to well ,fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq. Cm and over in section , in any position complete all as directed .

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed .( Fe -410 W (Gde -E-250) quality A.)

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fiber, pulp, insulation ,etc )insulation board /slabs/blanket ,any thickness includin g cover fillets complete.

M&L providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-grid T-2420) having load carrying capacity of 12.5 Kg/M3 with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200/600 mm long and Wall Angle. The wall angle shall be fixed on PVC dash fasteners on the perimeter of the wall with steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c. The main runners to be placed @ 1200 mm, the cross tee 1200 mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200x600mm. Additional cross tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600 mm x 600 mm with and including 6 mm thick HSPC (High pressure steam cured) oceanic pre primed, self embossed, textured designer board, water, termite & fire resistant for insulation and acoustic purpose to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 4 mm dia GI bar hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins with butterfly clips (wt 0.007 kg/clip), hold down clips (wt-0.0035 Kg/clip), with provn of light fixture complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.

M&L for prepration of old/new or previously untreatwed steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quains arches pillar etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Brick work with sub class ''b'' modular brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius builts in cement mortar 1:6 complete alll as specifeid and directed.

M&L 12 MM Thick redering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface, surface finished even and fair complete.

M&L for Applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared walll putty surface of internall wall as per specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation,sub base /mass concrete etc .complete.
