Water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in Technical Instruction 5/ 2003:- (a) 15 mm thick plaster (1:4) in cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound 2 % by weight of cement on floor and wall, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Three coats of white wash including preparation of new plastered wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surfaces and apply two coat of oil bound distmper over a coat of primer & chalk whitening & smoothening of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified

Note: Scope of work in this contract include day to day B/R nature of work required to be carried out in married Accn while in occupation. Contractor can not claim to hand over the vacant houses to execute the work. It is assumed that while quoting rate for individual items of work contractor has take into consideration wastage of labour and time. The work in this contract will be ordered in piecemeal basis in various houses of sector-47 uniformly during the currency of contract.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 32,964.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 112 & 113 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender
