Dismantling of battens for tiles of any size and description, spaced exceeding 15 cm, including tile fillets, removal, stacking of serviceable materials, and disposal of unserviceable materials. Note: Work to be executed up to any height, including all necessary scaffolding, safety arrangements, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings, balusters, newel posts, etc., of any section and in any position, as in framed work, including removal of nails, stacking of serviceable materials, and disposal of unserviceable materials, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails, fastenings and heavy bracket framing comprising beams, tees, angles, channels or flat sections, including distance pieces, cleats and all necessary connections, conforming to Fe-410-W Grade E-250, Quality-A steel.The work shall include power drilling of holes, cleaning of holes by air pressure, inserting fasteners/nuts and bolts, and filling of holes with epoxy to ensure proper bonding as per manufacturer’s recommendations. The item includes fabrication, erection, fixing, alignment and securing in position as per site requirements and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Work shall be executed at any location and at any height up to 15 metres, including all necessary staging, scaffolding and handling, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 6 mm thick mild steel (MS) plates (plain or chequered), channels, square-cut or notched, including ordinary and countersunk holes, with riveted, bolted, or welded attachments, using Fe-410-W (Grade E-250), Quality A steel, including all necessary cutting, drilling, alignment, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, including cleaning, sanding, filling cracks/unevenness with suitable filler, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, of approved make and shade, complete in all respects, as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix pre-painted Galvalume aluminium-zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheets, 0.50 mm thick,150 GSM, colour as approved by Garrison Engineer, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, used as roof covering or wall cladding, fixed with self-tapping screws, L-hooks, J-hooks, or cranked bolts as required, including all necessary cutting, alignment, and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.
