Demolition of mud phuska as in roof of any thickness incl plastering and leeping etc (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof grouted in cement mortar, demolition of mud phuska of any thickness including removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in roof padding, roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges, complete finished even and fair to received further roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.

20mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over roof slab and sunken portion finished even and fair mixed with water proofing compound, including dimantling of the existing roof slab / suken portion complete all as specified. (NOTE : WPC will be measrued and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & directed.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane, based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS, over primer coat bonding material of blown bitumen 85/25 grade heated to working temperature of 180° C applied @1.2Kg/Sqm. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished with applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane, complete all as specified & directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, seeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

40mm thick brick tiles with including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointed grouted and pointed complete mixed with crude oil 5% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 8 herein before but except tiles –ditto-

Standard GI snap grid of size 605mm x 605mm frame work for false ceiling with main tee 32 x 24 x 1mm thick cross tee 26 x 24x 1mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24x 1mm thick having flange powder coating and covered with PVC thin sheet same to placed in grid by means of ceiling and grid to be tied properly / suitabely by GI strip / GI wire in truss / ridge / purlin including taking down old existing GI snap grid complete all as specified and directed. Note : ceiling board shall be measured and paid as supply only.

Supply only prelaminated particle board 7-8 mm thick of size 600 x 600mm, interior grade, preliaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with staples as in snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid, first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over a 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No 16 herein before but in skirting including ncessary cutting as directed etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3

Kota Stone Slab flooring, minimum size 550 x 550mm, 18 to 20mm thick, best quality over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, inclduing rubbing and mirror polishing with dismantling of existing old kota stone complete all as specified and directed.

Granite stone slabs, 16 to 18mm thick, width and length as per site requirement, best quality machine cut and polished to be fixed in floors,cooking plateform, tread, raiser of steps and vertical surfaces etc and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing, cutting / rounding of outer edges and corners where directed with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing damaged slab complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 22-25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, glossy finish, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.
