ANNEXURE-13A

PROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS

(Refer Clause C15.1 of ITB)

1. The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Bid Document:

1. The Bidder shall indicate price adjustment against each deviation in Annexure-13A of Pricing documents. This price is the price which the Bidder shall reduced from this Bid price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer.

2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the Bidder has not proposed any deviations from Bid documents.

3. If the Bidder proposes deviations in Bidder documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the Bid, other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.

The Bidder's attention is drawn to the Notice Inviting Bid, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions of Contract , Special Conditions of Contract Technical specifications, Scope of work & Preamble to Pricing Documents which are to be read in conjunction with the Pricing Documents

The Bidder should quote the rates considering that this contract is Design and Built.

The Bidder shall take note of the actual site conditions, all risks and contingencies and the terms and conditions specified in this Bid document (comprising of all volumes) and price his bid accordingly. The quoted offer shall be considered as full and final for the defined scope of work.

Pricing Document comprises of Schedules as given in main summary.

The bidder shall quote their offer in % above/below.

In case of any discrepancy between the amount in figures & words, the amount in figures shall be treated as sacrosanct.

Bidders are required to download the Pricing Documents file, open it and complete the blue coloured (unprotected) cells with their respective financial offers and other details (such as name of the bidder). No other cells should be changed. Once the details have been completed, the bidder should save it and submit it online on https://eproc.rajasthan.gov.in , without changing the filename. If the Pricing Documents file is found to be modified by the bidder, the bid will be rejected. The rate shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ bid submission.

The rates/amount in the BOQ are in Indian Rupees only.

Thebidders are advised to quote the price inclusive of all central/state/local taxes, duties, levies, cess and all other incidental charges required to fulfill the bid conditions including statutory deduction viz., TDS towards Income Tax / GST/ LabourCess etc. in terms of ITB Clause C2.6.
