M&L for cleaning, flushing of chocked and de-silting of outdoor sewage lines n.exc 300mm internal diameter of any depth upto three meter. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesel/electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting machines fitted with pump of requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal sites. The sludge deposited in the sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipments and with strict supervision complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc alonwith the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (c) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall interalia deem to include the cost of proviiding skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc (d) The effective length of pipe for the purpose of payment shall be excluding the length of manhole.

Cleaning of MANHOLE of capacity upto 2 cum by using mobile high pressure super sucker machine consisting of two tanks (a water tank and a sludge tank), or alternatively two vehicles (super sucker unit and dump tanks), a high pressure water jet pimp and a high flow jetting blower or vacuum pump for suction, pumping out sewage water accumulated night soil, sludge's (both soild and liquid) and other obstructive materials into dump tank and removing to outside of defence land immediately for disposal, re-fixing the cover after complete cleaning of septic tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chagre. Note :- (a) After removal of the sludges from the pits, the setic tank to be cleaned thoroughtly with wter. (b) Cleaning to be confirmed by the Engr-in-Charge of the work. (c) Care shall be given to maintain hygeinic condition while removing sludge/foul materials to pit etc. (d) Dates of measurment and location shall be recorded commensurate with users certificate of compliance in a register duly signed by the contractor & Engr-in-charge. (e) Cleaning of tanks once carried out shall not be repeated without written request of the user and approval of Engr-in-charge/GE. (f) Contractor should quote rate on whole job basis.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate ), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection, finished cement concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 admixed with WPC all around of sunken floor . (e) Fixing of GI tubing 40 mm dia of medium grade for spout length as per site for sunken floor. (b) Apply WPC with cement slowly as 1:20 ratio or as per manufacture instruction upto to top of sunken portion. (f) Applying 2 full coats of brush bond acrylic emulsion based elastomeric water proofing coating after the primer with a min time gap of 4-6 hrs between 1st & 2nd coat. (c) Fixing the all GI/CI/PVC pipe/fiftings of any dia (Pipe/fittings will be measured and paid separately) and laying half bricks all surrounding of the pipe/fittings. (d) Filled the all half bricks gaps with cement mortar in 1: 3 ratio mixed with WPC 200ml per 50kg of cement. (e) Over plaster apply WPC with cement slowly as 1:20 Ratio or as per manufacture instruction to achieve smooth surface. (f) Provide PCC 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction over PCC 1:5:10 as remain portion of in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed (Note : Measurement will be taken as floor area of the sunken floor)

Note: (a) Srl Item No 08.00 to 11.00, 17.00 to 20.00, 24.00 to 26.00, 29.00, 36.00 to 43.00, 47.00, 48.00, 56.00 to 62.00 & 64.00 of BOQ are major items for the subject tender and material in respect of these items shall be procured within one month after placing of work order and produced before Engg in Charge alongwith original purchase vouchers as per direction of Garrison Engineer and shall obtain a certificate from Engg in charge that material in respect of above mentioned items have been submitted in the office of Engg in charge in their safe custody. (b) Materials in respect of Freakishly low declared items if any at the time of acceptance of contract shall be procured within one month after placing of work order and submit the same in the office of Engg in charge alongwith original purchase vouchers in their safe custody and shall obtain a certificate from Engg in charge.
