Providing dedicated skilled manpower for data entry ,maintenace and troubleshooting of Computer Accessopries at the office of the Executive Engineer and Sub - division offices under Asansol Electrical Division, PWD One Shift(10AM to 6PM) Office Hour schedule. Reliever staffs must be arranged by the Agency if required. 03 Man for 12 month. SCOPE OF WORK FOR - 1. Preparation of salary bill through HRMS,RUSA & at present through E- Pradhan, E- billing etc. 2. Prepartion of estimate, e-tender work, preparation of specification & schedule preparation of contractor billss ahnd WBSEDCL bills etc. in E-Billing process(IFMS system). 3.Convergent in E- tendering process. 4. All computer related official works. Term and Conditions;- 1.The candidate shall have to provide service for operation of computer during office hours with provision of service extra beyond normal duty as per requirement or demand of situation of the office determined by concerned Executive Engineer. 2.The candidate should have capability and sufficient knowledge for complying with the requirement of the basic computer fundamentals like operating system (windows) and MS Word, MS Excel Etc. along with competency in internet surfing. 3.Official works may also be required to be done in holiday including Saturday and Sunday, if necessary. 4.The contract for the operation of the computer shall have to be awarded in purely temporary and contractual basis that may be terminated with a written notice of one month from either side. 5.The contract will remain valid for a period of 01year from the date of issuance of the work order. 6. Absence from duty for more than 3 (three) days without giving anyiinformation is liable to be termination of the agreement.

7. The candidate shall be liable to accomplish the each & every assigned job relating to e-tendering and e-procurement process within the stipulated period and any difficulty experienced in execution of the work shall to be brought immediately to notice of Executive Engineer,Asansol Electrical Division, PW Dte. for disposal. 8. The candidate shall have to be well conversant with coping up the due secrecy strictly throughout the entire process of all works of e-tendering and e-procurement system. No information, passwords, codes should be shared or exchanged with anybody other than those authorized by EIC. 9.No pen drive, CD, DVD, input- output devices including print copy should be exchanged in respect of the designated computers including hard-side. 10.The Selected agency must follow the rules of the Labour Department , Govt of West Bengal. 11. No Conditional / incomplete Quotationwill be Entertained 12. The Monthly Payment to the engaged personnel must be made by the selected agency with in 1st week of every month
