Material and labour glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x350x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in- Charge (Note : The rates include the cost of 15 mm thick plastering )

Material and labour for Granite(of any type) 18-20mm thick slab laid on floor machine cut, bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including grinding & polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in- Charge

All as per item No 6 above but on wall skirting /dado over 12-15 mm thick Cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in- Charge

Material and labour udaipur green/baroda green marble slab 18-20 mm thick over similar work machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 and pointed with white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble slab including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in- Charge (Note : The rates included the cost of cement screed bed 10 mm thick)

Material and labour machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in- Charge(Note : The rate includes the cost of cement screed bed)
