Supply and Installation of EAD certified Dynamic Rockfall Barrier composed of system comprising of steel meshes and the coating shall confirm as per Annex A of IS/ISO 17746, 5000 KJ capacity, 6m height with residual height >= 50% as per EAD, lateral gap (as defined in EAD 340059-0106 after SEL1 and MEL tests) shall not be more than size of two mesh openings of the main interception layer, consisting of posts, anchor bolts, plate for fixing anchor bolts, base anchors, cables/support ropes, clamps, retention panels, etc (specifications as per clause 5.5 of IRC HRB Special Report 23). complete with post-to-post distance of 10m+/ -2m and energy absorption by deformation by energy dissipaters, etc complete, and as per technical specifications or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Installation of Composite mesh comprising Zn + 5% Al + High Abrasion Resistance (HAR) coated, double-twisted steel wire hexagonal mesh with a maximum mesh opening of 125 mm, interwoven with high tensile strength steel cables in both longitudinal and transverse directions at a maximum spacing of 350 mm × 350 mm, using rope cables of 8 mm diameter or greater conforming to IS 2266 and having a rope grade strength of 1770 N/mm²; the system shall provide a minimum composite tensile strength of 100 kN/m in both directions and a minimum punch resistance of 150 kN at a maximum displacement of 54 cm as per IS/ISO 17746, and shall be supplied and installed complete with all necessary accessories for joining adjacent panels, including links or lacing wire ropes for tying adjoining nets, along with all ancillary works, materials, machinery, labour, and safety provisions, in accordance with the technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Self-drilling hollow anchor bar (Passive Anchors) of nominal dia. 32 mm with sacrificial drill bit dia. not less than 76 mm, minimum yield strength 500 MPa and certified yield load 230 KN, continuously threaded, installed by simultaneous drilling and pressure grouting through hollow core using OPC 43 grade or higher cement grout with approved admixtures. (i) Surface Anchor : 5m long 2.5m c/c; (ii) Top Anchor : 3m long 1.5m c/c ; (iii) Bottom Anchor : 3m long 3m c/c

Providing and Fixing 4 m long drains placed in rows @ 3 m c/c, installed horizontally or inclined in the slope, using perforated PVC pipe of 50 mm outer diameter lined with non-woven geotextile. The pipes shall be inserted by drilling and installed as per drawings, complete with all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and incidental items or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
