Taking out the exixting CI pipe lines of size up to 100 mm (Including all fitting ) with spigot and socket ends / flanged ends, lead joints including burning out joints and diconntection of pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the exixting CI pipe lines of size above 100 mm to 150 mm (Including all fitting) with spigot and socket ends / flanged ends, lead joints including burning out joints and diconntection of pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the exixting CI pipe lines of size above 150 mm to 200 mm (Including all fitting) with spigot and socket ends / flanged ends, lead joints including burning out joints and diconntection of pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting the exixting DI / CI pipe of size 100 mm and same size/ reducing the required length before laying for inserting of new DI specials such as Tees/Reducers/ Collers/ Sluice Valve etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Specials and earth work will be measured and paid sepretely

Cutting the exixting DI / CI pipe of size above100 mm to 150mm and same size/ reducing the required length before laying for inserting of new DI specials such as Tees/Reducers/ Collers/ Sluice Valve etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n. exc. 1.5 Mtr in width and n. Exc. 1.5 Mtr In depth and getting out all as required for laying of cable/pipe/poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as required and directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying pipe ductile iron , S/S including secials class K-9' 200 mm (6").dia. Supply and fix Ductile Iron pipe of size 150 mm Pressure pipes with spigot and socket end, Class K-9 suitable for rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with portland slag cement and external metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of bitumen coating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying pipe ductile iron , S/S including secials class K-9' 150 mm (6").dia. Supply and laying Cast iron sluice valve, flanged end and drilled, PN-1.6, of size 200mm dia 8" dia with non rising forged stainless steel spindle (without any by pass arrangement) with hand wheel complete with nuts, washers including jointing materials such as rubber gaskets nuts & bolts of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Cast iron sluice valve, flanged end and drilled, PN-1.6, of size 150mm dia 6" dia with non rising forged stainless steel spindle (without any by pass arrangement) with hand wheel complete with nuts, washers including jointing materials such as rubber gaskets nuts & bolts of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Cast iron sluice valve, flanged end and drilled, PN-1.6, of size 100 mm dia 4" dia with non rising forged stainless steel spindle (without any by pass arrangement) with hand wheel complete with nuts, washers including jointing materials such as rubber gaskets nuts & bolts of appropriate size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Non return valve class PN-1.6, of size 150 mm ,(6" dia )bore cast iron body, both end flanged and drilled with by pass arrangement of 15mm dia GI pipe and one gate valve, nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Non return valve class PN-1.6, 100 mm , (4'' dia ) bore cast iron body, both end flanged and drilled with by pass arrangement of 15 mm dia GI pipe and one gate valve, nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Cast iron air release valve with two air outlets suitable to mount on 150mm bore DI/CI water mains, flanged joints including nuts, bolts washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for valve pit chamber of size 1200mmx1200mmx1000mm (Internal) with brick masonary 230 mm thick in CM 1:6, PCC 1:4:8 type, D2 foundation 75 mm thick, finished fair and even, PCC 1:2:4 type, B1 coping 150 mm thick on top of brick wall for fixing chamber cover, 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plaster on exposed surfaces of brick wall (both internal and external), mild steel cover of 3.15 mm thick inclduding mild steel angle iron 40x40x6 mm size fram fixed to PCC coping with the same size of angle iron hold fast and with necessary handle and locking arrangements, metal surfaces duly painted with black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and finishing the masonry/concrete surfaces with 3 coats of white wash including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for DI Pipe fitting (Tee,bends any type,radius and angle) tapers any type ( straight,bend,increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc.) junction, double branch, cross (all sockets / flanged or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs of all size dia DI pipe complete all as required at site or complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
