-Mechanized Painting and minor repairing works of Runway/Taxi tract/apron inside the operational area at Lilabari Airport during 2023-24

Painting marking of runway/taxi track/apron etc. by Mechanical mean with fully/semi automatic paint applicator machine with display system (using cold airless spray machine with minimum two spray gun with glass beads dispenser) to give uniform finished with road marking paint of supriour make driven by experienced operator on runway, taxiway, apron etc. surface including cost of paint (paint will be supplied by Agency) but including the cost of T&P, cleaning /scrapping the surface of runway, taxiway, apron etc. of all dirt seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of EIC and accordance with aplicable specification.(old work one or more coats) (The paint consumption shall be not less than 1.66lit/10sqm) . (Rate should be inclusive of Paints of any colour as required, Machineries and operator, labour etc complete). During entire contract period automatic paint applicator machine should be available at Airport site.

Providing and laying of SW-CRETE T-02 or equivalent rapid pavement repair self curing cemetious material for surface distress in pavement i/c Marking, milling the old surface area for required depth upto 1 cm & matching with the existing profile, high pressure air cleaning, washing with high pressure water, priming the area to be repaired with material slurry, mixing the material, pouring, finishing with steel channel & texturing etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (Rate should be enclusive of all materials,machineries, labour and activities etc complete. payment should be made only for base material SW-CRETE T-02 on per kg basis)

Providing and laying of SW-CRETE T-01 or equivalent rapid pavement repair self curing cemetious material for repair of distress involving depth more than 1 cm but less then 3 cm repair in pavement with graded aggregates i/c Marking, cutting out the joint, chiseling, high pressure air cleaning, washing with high pressure water, priming the area to be repaired with material slurry, mixing the material with aggregates, pouring, finishing & texturing etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (Rate should be enclusive of all materials,machineries, labour and activities etc complete. payment should be made only for base material SW-CRETE T-01 on per kg basis)

Providing and filling pavement Joints/ cracks with approved sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212, Part‐I, 1990)and Baker Rod including removal of existing sealant and baker rod, grinding the edges of the cracks on panels,cleaning of surface, painting the sides of slab with approved appropriate primer to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer‐in‐Charge. As per the details below: (a) Expansion Joints of size 25 mm wide and 10 mm deep [Note: For purpose of payment, quantity (Length x Width x Depth) of Polysulphide sealant only will be measured.]

Supply of glass beads (Class B) to be sprayed over the water based reflective (WBR) paint strip (Glass beads class B product specification as per MORTH 803.4.2 confirming to BS 6088 : 1981). Note :- Glass beads should be supplied at AAI Store along with Original Tax Invoice.

Providing and laying premix bitumen concrete carpeting for runway repairing works of thickness 10 mm to 20 mm, surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg (VG-30) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size and cement 16 to 18 kg/ 100 sqm respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately). With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically/manually operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm
