Scarifying Existing bituminious Surface to a Depth of 50mm by Mechanical Means (Scarifying the existing bituminious surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres)

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )

Prime coat A. Prime coat (Providing and applying primmer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means.) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (ii) With Bitumen Emulsion-CSS-1 (IS- 8887-2004)

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distrubutor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by deptt.) (II) With Bitumen Emulsion CSS-1 (IS:8887-2004) (c) Granular Surfaces treated with primer

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distrubutor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by deptt.) (II) With Bitumen Emulsion CSS-1 (IS:8887-2004) (a) Normal Bituminious Surface

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (b) With rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification) (i) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) 'b. With rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H Specification) (I) with 60/70 or VG 30 - Grading - I (ii) for Grading II (13 mm nominal Size)

Filling Pot Holes and Patch repair with Bituminous Concrete, 40 mm - (Removal of failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base excavation as per clause 503, backfilling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, as per all clause 3004.2 for Grading II

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoRT&H specifications
