SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO P-228 AT DCRA UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (NW) VASCO

Dismantling and Taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement over gunniting surface.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms /sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces for applying heavy treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down loose and damaged concrete cement plaster from soffit of ceiling floor /slab, vertical surface of column beams, slab etc including exposing and removing rust from reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and plenty of water so as remove the loose particle, dust, laitanance etc and removal of debris to adistance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one layer of cement concrete 40mm in column thick comprisescomposition 50 kg cement, 3 to 6mm chips 100 kg sand 50kg mixed with spray set SL 3 2.5 by weight of cement ans 12.5 to 16.5 ltr of water mixed and admixture including bonding agent and applying rust remover and gunniting with pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 kg/ Sqm including use of welded steel wire fabric as in column as required all as specified and as directed. Note : Welded steel wire fabric shall be measured and paid as "Supply & Fix"

All as per item No 1.05 here in before but 30 mm thick in beam

Supply & fix hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia not exceeding 4 kg/Sqm complete and as directed

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats (10 mm thick backing coat + 5mm thick finishing coat) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound (Dr. fixit LW or equivalent 200ML per bag of cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick CM 1:4 plater on ceiling and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 3mm thick wall care putty.

Complete removal of old existing treatement of wall and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitining on plaster surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ Ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance dirt resitance exterior paint of required shed (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litrs/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces.

M&L preparing the old treated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of exterior grade weather proof antifungal paint complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and 3mm thick wall care putty.

Taking down old UNSV ceilling fan by disconneting and providing new Ceilling fan 1200mm sweep complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and acessories, 230 Volt min air dilevery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC), hanging on the same location, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Note:- The old ceilling fans will be deposited to the MES yard at AGE (E/M) II of GE (NW) Vasco.

Repair and Replacement of 10 HP Submersible pump set, electric driven 415 V, TP and including suitable capacity starter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply install test and commission LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 200 Amps capacity bus bar as Per IP-54, feeder pillar box out door cubical type floor mounted factory made double door dust and vermin froof fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 2.00 mm thick fixed on angle iron frame made out of 50x50x6 mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, one set of indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse, multifunction intelligent panel meter etc and with the followings

Supply and lay cable LT, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, armoured of the size 4 core 25 sqmm.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 15mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion.

Supply and fixed NRV 150mm dia.

M&L valve pits and constructing of bricks massonires pit of onternal dimension 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (bottom PCC flore of the pit should be minimum 30cm below the bottom surface of slice valve flange to provide sufficient working space), bottom floor of the pit constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cm thick with 20mm stone aggregate ,inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plaster in CM (1:4) 15mm thick. The sluice valve and the other fittings should be housed in center of the pit the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered. The top cover of pit should be made out of MS Sheet minimum 2MM thick with angle iron base frame made out of MS angle 50MMx50mmx6mm with galvanised hinzes 2 Nos and locking arrangements dully painted with 2 coats of water rasistance synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide.

S&F LED street light fitting complete of capacity 90 watt, pole mounting with clamps,bracket arms of size 40 mm to 50 mm. The height for mounting of fitting not less than is 7 mtre incl necessary clamps, nuts, bolts washers and neccessory 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper cable from pole box to street light including CRCA sheet box for street light and also including in busbar and MCB SP-10Amp. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying under ground cable and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed.

Supply & Laying common cable cover of size 300mm x 150mm x 70mm laid over sand cushioning or mechanical protection

Sand cushioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying & 15cm after lying.
