Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, includingfixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn through and including PVC conduit/casing caping on concealed/surface and all accessories and 3mm thick new hylam sheet cover over the sunken boxes, including 1.5 sqmm copper conductor FRLS cable for earth continuty conductor, complete all as specified. Note:- All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and complete all as specified and directed. (a) One light point controlled by one 5/6 Amp one way switch.

All as per Item No. 2 above but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 amp point on independent board with size of cable 1.5 sq mm

All as per Item No. 2 above One 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC wire and one run of 2.5 sqmm copper cable for earth continuty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of switch piano 5 Amp flush type one way single pole 230 Votls complete all as specified and directed.
