Kota stone slab flooring 22mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. Providing and fixing acoustical panels on the side walls using GI frame work of 50 mm GI studs using 0.5 mm thick and studs channels at 610 mmx 610mm, 0.5 mm thick fixed with MS angles cleats 1220x610 mm centered to wall by using metal fastener as per detail drawing, the framework to be filled with rock wool, ply of 9mm thick of density 32Kg/cum and acoustical tissue to be used on the front side of the rockwool. Ply of 9mm thickness to be installed on the G.I. grid system polyster pet panels of 9mm thickness and density greater than 200 Kg to be pasted on th ply using suitable adhesieve as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.

Density Factor: 189,600 Tufts/Sq.Mts Tufted pile etc. Area with backing of 8mm thick armour fixing on the floor using favicol SR 505 solution and fixing the carpet above armouras per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.

Providing and fixing UPVC window frame including shutter made of UPVC extruded section of size approved by engineer in charge with wall thickness 2.00mm corners of door frame to be mitred cut and joints with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws etc with 6mm thick toughed glass approved width 5mm complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.

Providing and fixing acoustic door of 56mm having size (2.90mtrx1.80mtr) a transmission loss 51.7@2000 Hz as per ISO : 140/ASTM90/413. The door will be filled with high acoustic material of 2 layer of 8mm water proof acoustic ply finished with 4mm teak ply with door accessories, door closer, handle and trim lock complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses/ Framed work etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.

Plastering 15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth InCement Mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand).including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces Two or more coats applied on new work to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.

Providing and supplying examination chair with attached writing pad (Tablet arm), made of powder coated MS frame, ergonomically designed seat and back of molded plastic/plywood with laminate finish, writing pad of pre-laminated board mounted on MS arm, complete with rubber shoes, all welding, finishing and factory polish as per standard specifications complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in all leads, lifts and all incidential charges.
