Providing PU (Polyurethane) grouting through injection for water proofing of leaky RCC ceiling by using skilled labours. The damaged leaky ceiling should be treated with wire brush and remove the loose mineral particles dirt etc. and clean it with jet water. After cleaning the drilling pits of 10-15mm of dia and 6-8 inches depth to be created for PU injection. The drilling holes should be inclined at 45 degree. The drilling pits should be installed with injection parts to with stand the injection pressure. The PU material of approved quality and brands directed by the departmental officers shall be filled in pits with adequate pressure using mechnical pumps. Dry the PU material up to 12hrs to fill the cracks in the structure. After that clean the surface and finish it with packing material and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges, transporting charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers., The materials quality approved by the departmental Engineer before use of work

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of following size of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Pressed tiles are washing completely to remove the Fungus and Algae. The damaged tiles joints should be cleaned with wire brush and remove the loose particles cleanly with jet water. The adhesive and Polimers shall be filled in tiles joints fully till it penetrate in depth and clean the surface neatly. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges, transporting charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers., The materials quality approved by the departmental Engineer before use of work

Renewing and fixing of GYP Board false ceiling using 12.5 mm thick of approved quality and design suspended from the ceiling using "U" shaped Galvanised iron channels at 1.20 M centre to centre on both longitudinal and cross direction for vertical support and fixing "U" shaped G.I channels at 0.90 m centre to centre on longitudinal direction respectively for horizontal support by using T.W reapers at corners and at intermediately and fixing of plaster of paries on the panel provided as per design / patttern given by the site officer and finishing the ceiling surface with some plaster of paries materials etc. Necessary openings should be made for providing spotlights, florescent tubes in the ceiling by using plywood 12 mm thick and opening should be covered with Acrylic panel complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete. All the materials should be got approved before use on work by the Executive Engineer.The rate is including two coats of plastic emulsion painting over the wall coat primer etc., complete.
