SPECIAL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF CI PIPE AT AF STATION ARJANGARH UNDER GE AF GURGAON

M&L for taking up old unserviceable cast iron (CI) water mains including all fittings with spigot and socket joints, burning out lead joints from the existing location including cleaning and removing n. exc 200 mtr and stacking complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 80 mm dia

(b) 100 mm dia

(c) 150 mm dia

(d) 200 mm dia

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store water mains including all fittings and stacking complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 15 mm dia

(b) 20 mm dia

(c) 25 mm dia

(d) 40/50 mm dia

(e) 80 mm dia

(f) 100 mm dia

S&F GI tubing medium grade in trenches/on wall including new GI ISI marked fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes:-

(a) 15 mm dia

(b) 20 mm dia

(c) 25 mm dia

(d) 40 mm dia

(e) 50 mm dia

(f) 80 mm dia

(g) 100 mm dia

Relaying, jointing and testing GI pipes with new ISI marked fittings, pipe obtained from item No 2 here-in-before in any length including cleaning, cutting for reducing length as required jointing as in trenches for following bore in new or locations all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes:-

(a) 15 mm dia

(b) 20 mm dia

(c) 25 mm dia

(d) 40 mm dia

(e) 50 mm dia

Refixing CI/DI pipe obtained from item No 1 here-in-before of any type laid in trenches after cleaning internally and ecternally, drawing out foreign material/rust complete upto satisfaction of Engr-in-chargeof the following sizes :-

(a) 150 mm dia

(b) 200 mm dia

M&L in replacement of of bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, 'T" Tail piece any type,caps and plugs of size up to 200 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rubber gasket joints (tighten joints ) in the spigot and socket DI/CI pipe/fittings complete including earth work if necessary all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes :-

(a) 150 mm dia

(b) 200 mm dia

S&F in replacement of gate valve gun metal globe with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes :-

(a) 15 mm dia

(b) 20 mm dia

(c) 25 mm dia

(d) 40 mm dia

(e) 50 mm dia

M&L for replacement of sluice valve, CI body with brass/gun metal spindle iron hand wheel, both end flanged and drilled with rubber/fibre board gasket, replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, washers etc. confirming to IS-780 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes :-

(a) 80 mm dia

(b) 100 mm dia

(c) 150 mm dia

(d) 200 mm dia

M&L for cement concrete in foundation M 30 (with 20mm graded stone aggregate) to serve as thrust block for water pipe line complete all as specified and asdirected by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Pipe line shall be required to be laid in trench or above ground as per site requirement in full length or part length, pipe line is passing through jungle area, hill, nala etc. Note lighting arrangement required is included in item rates.

Dismantling of old broken valve chamber of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of Valve pit of size 1.2 m x 1.2m x 0.9 m deep with bottom 15 cm thick, 1:4:8 D-2 and brick work with sub class "B" brick in cement mortar1:4, plastered from in side and out side including MS Sheet cover fabricated not less than 2 mm thick sheet steel and frame of 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm including locking arrangement and painting two coats of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown in STD drawing, as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 12.00 here-in-before but of size 1.2 m x 1.2 x 1.2 m.

Dismantling and taking down old unserciable water tanks of capacity 500 ltr and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No13.00 here-in-before but of capacity 750 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks,triple layered 500 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position complete including tank neeples all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 15.00 hereinbefore but of capacity 750 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for laying of CI pipes/GI pipes and getting out in hard /dense soil incl. , trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, incl. spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where direct at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for Cutting of existing CI pipe in position for inserting of tee, bend, collar of all type of CI fitting for addition/alteration of existing system of the following sizes (CI fittings shall be measured and paid seprately) :-

(c) 150 mm dia

(d) 200 mm dia
