M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan to any radious built in CM 1:6 including demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and fair in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and fair in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered internal surfaces of walls/ceilings and applying a layer of 1-1.5mm thick (Birla White/J K White) wall care putty, again sand papering to make surfaces smooth and applying Two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of internal wall primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered external surfaces of walls and ceiling upto 4 storied buildings and applying a layer of 1-1.5mm thick (Birla White/J K White) wall care putty, again sand papering to make surfaces smooth and applyingg Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality over a coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Ltr/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Vitrified coloured tiles 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm tile not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 and after dismantling of existing floor tiles of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Vitrified dark/light coloured designer tiles 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm tile not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. (for highlighter as boarder/pattern work as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick avg screed bed in CM 1:6 and after dismantling of existing floor tiles of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No extra payment shall be made for boarder/pattern work shall be paid to the contractor)

M & L Vitrified coloured designer pattern tiles 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm tile not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in vertical surfaces as in skirting/dados etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 after dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x600x7 mm thick (with pattern and border work as required at site) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 after dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete after dismantling of existing wrought iron complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F Modular wardrobe/ cupboard made out of 18-20 mm thick HDHMR boards with 2.00mm thick fabric colour laminate sheet of approved quality and texture on all exposed sides with edge band complete including taking down existing wardrobe/cup board shutter with accessories any type all as specified and as directed.(Design and pattern as approved by GE). (Make : Rajshree or equivalent)

S & F for 18-20mm thick HDHMR boards with laminated fabric colour on both sides, fixing in partitions of Modular kitchen cabinet & wardrobe/ cupboard complete including taking down existing wardrobe/cup board shutter with accessories any type all as specified and as dirfected. (Make : Rajshree or equivalent)

M & L for Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS- 3384 @ 0.30Ltr/Sqm, apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen conforming to IS- 702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface area. Applying APP based polymeric mambrane minimum weight 3kg/Sqm and of minimum thickness 3mm, reiforced with polyster non woven fabric ( weight not less than 150gm/Sqm ). APP membrane will be laid by torching overlaps with a propane or butane gastorch and laid across the slope from lowest line of roof towards ridge with over laps of 75mm in length side and 100mm on the width side of membrane bonded with hot blown bitumen. Over the APP membrane finally applying a coat of Solar reflective Paint @ 0.15Ltr/Sqm including taking down old water proofing treatment to roof tops, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (1) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (2) Authorised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (3) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Ten years in favour of the GE. A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor’s dues as security deposit. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposit receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of Garrison Engineer.

Providing and applying the plaster with single component ready to use repair mortar (SMART CARE REPAIR MORTAR of Asian or equivalent) capable of applying 15mm average thickness in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat : SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement/Sqm of surface area including taking down existing roof treatment of any type and also taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., to receive further treatment, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Asian Paints or equivalent in Sikka, Fosroc/ Berger/STP. Note : The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing "RAJSHRI" Brand factory made WPC railing combining WPC board/Fancy designer type grating and WPC frame 100% solid WPC (wood polymer composite) railing of required length and of 2' to 2.5' height , comprising of virgin PVC resin of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) , Calcium Carbonate and natural fibres (Wood Powders/rice husk//wheat husk) and non toxic additives, made from single extrusion process, WPC foam board with having minimum density 650kg/cbm and WPC frame having minimum density 780kg/cbm manufactured by "RAJSHRI" an ISO 9001-2015 certified Company, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strength of 2000N (Face) & 1100N (Edge) , Minimum comprising of 50N/mm2, Modules of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of speed of flame of class A category with property of being termite/Borer free water /Moisture proof and fire resistance. For WPC railing WPC jali to be fixed with WPC frame of size 75x50mm with necessary supporting lengths at vertical as well as horizontal at wall frames to be fixed with 3"x3" GI 'L' or SS cleats to support vertical frame lengths including dismantling of existing RCC jallies with frames complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Rajshree or equivalent) (Note : The said item shall be fixed for view cutter in any positions as requirement at site)

S & F for Factory made UPVC (white/Off white colour sliding window three track made out of extruded profiles with wall thickness of members as 2.3mm (1-0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber frame (60mm x 62mm) sash bars (42mm x 67mm). Sliding inter lock (one vertical length in each shutter 45.5mm x 28mm). Glazing head (24.5mm x 16mm) members will be mitred, cut and fusion welded in all corners including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water. Making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gaskets 1.2, 1-0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30mm x 21.50mm). Sash bars (30mm x 18mm) profile to be inserted in required profile frame and will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fastners. Hardware : Touch lock to be of Zinc alloy (white powder coated), Steel roller system including 5mm thick glazing with selelcted quality glass, Aluminium track on bottom rail to be of hree track sliding frame, wool pine for sliding sash and interlock, complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specifed and as directed. (Note:The unit rate quoted by contractor includes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

M & L 20 mm thick granite (Z black colour) of any type work table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in over and incl 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab , notching and moulding after dismantling of existing granite complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of Old plaster un-plastered internal wall and ceiling surfaces including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for preparation of Old plaster un-plastered external wall and ceiling surfaces including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots, moulds, moss efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43Litre/ 10Sqm complete all as speicified and as directed by EIC.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light fan socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, etc removing materials from site and keeping in safe custudy for taking or depositing to MES store yard and making good to the disturbed surface of walls, floors roof etc all as specified and directed. (Note : Light fittings of any type and size taken down/ dismantled if any alongwith point wiring shall be measured and paid separately as supply fixing in repair under relevent item of this BoQ and credit for the same has been taken in Sch of Credit)

Material and labour of point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated sheathed and multistranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and including PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 20 mm dia medium grade and fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, and FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor mulistranded earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly including cutting chases and making good disturbed surface in CM 1:3 to match with existing surface for one light point exhaust fan point controlled by one 1-way switch complete all as directed.
