Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel or RCC.) any section,including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of polygonal rubble,uncoursed well bonded,bedded solidly hearted,built in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Chrage.

M& L for raking out joints/pointing built in cement mortar to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M&L for mild steel angle iron post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire ertc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shoulderd and or rivited and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete( 1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerbs or mud stops or rounded, chamfered in edges and benching ,complete all as specified .

M&L for painting with two coat of syenthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width of girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for galvanized, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Each line of wire to be maesured separately.

M&L for Providing and fixing punched tape concertina coil 610mm dia made with high tensile strength galvanized mild steel wire 2.60mm dia as per IS 4454 strip material ( galvanized MS strip as per IS-1730) upto 3 metre height of wall with angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 3.00 apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T stud tied with G.I staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ spring core (2.6mm dia) wire minimum barb 9mm width,loop spacing 250 ± 20mm,coil length 9m and fixing and laid in position etc of make as approved by GE/AGE(I) confirming to the specification complete all as specified and directed. Note:-M.S. angle (Y-Shape) shall be paid separately

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr but not exceeding 100 Mtr away to low lying areas complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in Cement mortar or cement lime morta.

Material and labour for hard core of broken stone of gauge n. exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer n exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base .

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation, etc for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Nominal Mix) as in foundation, incl raft, footings foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified & directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Nominal mix) as in columns etc using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of cols, raft and raft beams, side and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar works rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers & columns rough finished surfaces of concrete for sqaures or rectangular and similar rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel reinforcement TMT bars, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

All as per srl item No.12 above but size 6mm dia to 8 mm dia.

M & L 20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window-cills, shelves , cooking plateforms and like in cemnet mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cemnet (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Chrage.

M&L for taking down old steel gate of span 7.00 mtr wide and 3.00 mtr height and refix in RCC column including all necessacy arrengement complete all as specified and directed.
