Manning, operation and comprehensive maintenance of central Air conditioning plant of OFP area capacity 3x23 TR (Plant shall be run for one shift of 08 hours on all days except Sunday and closed holidays by one operator for its smooth functioning by maintaining temperature 25°C ± 2ºC and humidity between 50 ± 5% inside the shed including cleaning of plant and its surrounding, maintaining log sheet (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly) and routine maintenance and detection of leakage & its rectification including charging of refrigerant gas and compressor oil complete all as specified and directed. Manning, operation and comprehensive maintenance of central Air conditioning plant of X Ray unit of capacity 3x9.5 TR(Plant shall be run for one shift of 08 hours) and air conditioning plants at ICU of capacity 3x 9.5 TR (Plant shall be run for three shift of 08 hours each ie round the clock) both plants located within 50 mts distance at MH Agra by one operator on all days including Sunday and closed holidays for its smooth functioning by maintaining temperature 25°C ± 2ºC and humidity between 50 ± 5% inside the shed including cleaning of plant and its surrounding, maintaining log sheet (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly) and routine maintenance and detection of leakage & its rectification including charging of refrigerant gas and compressor oil complete all as specified and directed. Manning, operation and comprehensive maintenance of central Air conditioning plant of OT dept of capacity 3x14.0 TR and air conditioning plants at labour room of capacity 3x 9.5 TR (Both Plants shall be run for three shift of 08 hours each ie round the clock) both plants located within 200 mts distance at MH Agra by one operator on all days including Sunday and closed holidays for its smooth functioning by maintaining temperature 25°C ± 2ºC and humidity between 50 ± 5% inside the shed including cleaning of plant and its surrounding, maintaining log sheet (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly) and routine maintenance and detection of leakage & its rectification including charging of refrigerant gas and compressor oil complete all as specified and directed. AC plants shall comprising of the following :-

Operation and maintenance of water cooled package type water chilling air conditioning plant at Signal Center of capacity 2x 20TR for round the clock (i.e. for 24 hours in 03 shifts of 08 Hrs each) including Sunday and Holiday at a time including (01) one No. of capacity 1x20 TR as standby at Signal Centre by one operator for its smooth functioning by maintaining temperature 25ºC+2ºC and humidity 50% + 5% inside the building including cleaning of plant and its surrounding, maintaining printed log sheet (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly) and routine maintenance and detection of leakage & its rectification including charging of refrigerant gas and compressor oil, maintaining temperature record register duly signed by user complete all as specified and directed. AC plant shall be comprising of the following :- (a) 3x20 TR capacity water cooled central type water chilling air conditioning plant/ unit of Make: BLUE STAR (b) 3x20 TR capacity condenser unit (c) Set of two chiller water pumps (d) Set of two condenser water pumps (e) One (01) No. cooling tower with motor, expansion water tank (f) MS water piping for condenser unit (g) Ducting with supports grills, diffusers, dampers and insulating materials. (h) Electrical control panel- 01 No.

Note for item No 1 to 4 : (i) Refrigerant gas for charging and compressor oil for filling shall be mesured and paid saperatly under respactive items here in after as supply only . (ii) Printed log sheet shall be provided by the contractor as per performa approved by Engr-in Charge. (iii) Contractor shall be responsible for maintain the temperature humidity to required level inside the bldg/shed, failing which recovery of Rs. 1000.00 per day shall be made from the Contractor dues. (iv) Operator appointed by the contractor shall be ITI trained in Ref Mechanic/Electrical or having 3 years experience in similar work.

M&L for dismantling electric motor, taking out the old worn out/unserviceable winding wire and rewinding the electric motor/mono-block with superior quality copper winding wire of suitable size including insulating material (PVC insulation sleeve, tape, film paper, varnish, cotton) required and re-fixing in position and testing complete all as specified & directed of following capacities :-

M&L for taking out the mono-block pump 5 HP shaft, remetalling, welding, turning and fixing new bush and sleeve and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ball bearing double coller type complete all as specified and directed for following capacities of electric motor/mono block motor :-

S&F in repair refrigerant gas pressure gauge of suitable size with adopter flair work and brazing work of the following range complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out oil filter assembly by opening up all the bolts of side cover and replacing the unserviceable oil filter by new one, re-assembling the same and fixing in to its original position by tightening the all bolts & making the system leak proof including providing the side cover gasket for the following sizes :-

Repair of LT electric control panel board, cleaning inside with blower, servicing tightening all electrical connections/ contacts points, replacing defective locking clips thimble and making it serviceable with inter locking wiring including replacement of the defective parts and refixing back in its existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note : Defective parts will be measured and paid separately.
