M&L for 12mm thick plywood, grade BWP, type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work with 0.9mm thick decorative laminate in computer desk complete all as specified and as directeed. (Note : Decorate laminate shall be measured and paid separately).

Cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings. converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc.. to store and rubbish not exc. 50m built in cement mortar

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for but including sunken portion, unreinforced etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Water proofing treatment to sunken slab, walls, etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet/Baths/WCs/Kitchen thoroughly remove laitance, dirt, dust etc.

(b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (“ Dr fixit” Pidicrete URP” or eqvt).

(c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with “Dr Fixit Bath seal Tape” and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout “Dr Fixit Bath seal Grout” or eqvt. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner.

(d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating “Dr Fixit Bath seal Plus” or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing waterproof coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K” or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:4:8 type D2.

(g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF, etc.

M&L for taking down shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc 2.00 Sqm each and rescuring or easing & adjusting after repair in door opening and connected carpentry work complete all as all specified.

S&F in repair of brass hat and coat hooks, solid body, 175mm to 250 mm complete as as specified and directed.

Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (Demolition of concrete measured separately) complete as as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of existing concrete surface of wall /floor cleaning dust etc rendering 10mm thick cm 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement mixed with approved make WPC @ 3% wt of cement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for second course injection of CORESEAL - 135A/CORESEAL 135B all as per manufacturers instructions complete as as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:1.5 : 3 type A1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete as as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement incl cutting bending and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete as as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 126 above but 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10mm dia in stirrups complete as as specified and directed..

M&L for french polishing 2 coats on old work surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats complete as as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete as as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood 30mm thick planed one side & edges tongued and grooved or rebated, and fixed with screws complete as as specified and directed.

M&L for french polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats complete as as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm thick mirror polished kota stone in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over match over 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18mm thick medium density fibre board, exterior grade, fixed to timber framework with screws complete as as specified and directed.

Removing of old water proofing treatment including screed bed and cleaning the surface of slab with wire brushes removing dust, foreign materials including flushing at junction of wall and removing the rubbish off the premises to a distance exc 500m all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed (a) M&L 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof slab and parapets mixed with and including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection , surface washed, dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer. (c) M&L Applying bituminous primer on cleaned surface @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm. (d) M&L Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane 3mm thick, non woven, polyster,weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 100mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise; all as specified & directed. (e) M&L Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (f) M&L Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 litre/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & directed. (g) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer. (Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following :- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result if tested any of the independent laboratory, the testing charges shall however be borne by the contractor).

M/L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded brick aggregate) as in coving rounded, chamfered etc on sunken floor and weather proof course of roof treatment(Note:-25mm thk PCC 1:2:4).

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/ceiling or laid in trenches of following size :-

(a) 110mm dia

(b) 75mm dia

Taking down carefully exising unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power), complete (fitting such as switches,ceiling rose, pendent, regulators etc) removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately and making dood disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable sub main wiring of any type complete all as specified and as directed.
