Material & labour in repar to earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level,the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all side and including connected toand including galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 Sqmm dia upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of nuts and bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and connected to earhing test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part I and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC(1:3:6)type C1 chamber,pre-cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4),type B1,reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM,(weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame,funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade,wire mesh and lugs,GI protection pipe,15mm dia,light grade,7.5 mtr long for protection of earth lead upto test point etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron strip of 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected up to main LT Panel /Test point and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2020(Part-I) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth pit should not be slide down and 7.5 mtr earthing strip, GI pipe for watering is included in item.The test result of each earthing is less than 5 Ohm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing materials heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 /4 core, XLPE armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 to 120 Sqmm, indoor / outdoor type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing materials heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 /4 core, XLPE armoured, Al conductor cable of size 150 to 185 Sqmm, indoor / outdoor type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC Sintex box having 3 phase 440 Volt 50HZ aluminium bus bar suitable for street light connections including single pole MCB of rating 6 Amps mounted on a DIN rail, 2.5 sqmm copper conductor wiring for connection and fixing arrangement to pole all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Supply and laying or fixing and passing through pipe,1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheated 4 Sqmm 2 core nominal cross section in service connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & Fixing of cable route indicator made out of cast iron and embedded LT cable and size of the cable on the plate of size 80 mm dia, 5 mm thick and grouting lugg of suitable size including PCC foundation of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for Item No. 32 TO 39 : (i) Plinth of required size and design as per manufactor recommdation shall be the part of this job including each work. (ii) Control wiring should be only done by 2.5 Sqn mm , FRLS single core copper conductor only. (iii) Each breaks and busbars shall have separate compartments of his own. (iv) Bus bar and all breakers are inter connected with aluminium strips of required size. (v) All breakers shall be provided with stickes showing capacity and feeder name as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (vi) Multimeter includes CTs & PTs of required size with control wiring is the part of the job. (vii) Each breaker has their own separate compartments. (viii) All MCCBs are provided with standard extended terminal kit of required sizes. (ix) All Electrical Connections must be done using Auminium Lugs or thimbals including Gable glands of required size.

Supply, installing, testing and commissionining factory made, platform mounted LT Bus bar Feeder pillar box of size 500x500x300mm outdoor type plateform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire ,50 HZ AC supply system and having bus bar installed on DMC/Epoxy insulators in horizontal position in stepped manner providing holes of required size .The panel shall be dust vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet with front opening type with double door shutter and lockin arrangement (incl provn of lock with 2 keys) with angle iron 25x25x4mm powder coated finish (over two coats of red Oxide),primer on outside and inside surface with TPN aluminium bus bar of ratting not less than 200Amp on suitable foundation, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation of poles/laying of cables/stay/strut etc not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for providing sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layers, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for cable protection cover of UG LT cable by old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
