Material and labour for cleaning of shell and tube water cooled condensers of the A/C plants of following capacities after dismantling the water lines and headers and cleaning with suitable wire brush and washing soda to remove the dirt and water scaling and refixing the water lines and headers including provision of new gaskets, in every 02 months etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix in repairs ball / roller bearing for pumps and motors of following capacity including taking down old bearing and re installation at site including testing on completion. (a) Up to 10 HP capacity

Supply and charging Refrigerant compressor oil Servo manufactured by Indian Oil Corporation or Equivalent approved make including flushing/cleaning of oil chamber etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Nitrogen testing for the following capacity of compressors including condensing unit and gas piping complete as per the manufacturer instructions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Nitrogen pressure should be held without any drop in pressure inside the unit continue for 24 hours.

Supply and filling Nitrogen Gas Cylinder of 7.5 cubic meter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling Refrigerant gas R-407 of 61 Kg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The refrigerant gas was supplied only Goa state authority dealer.

Supply and filling Refrigerant gas R-22/Mafron -22 for AC plant compressor of 61 Kg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The refrigerant gas was supplied only Goa state authority dealer.

Material and labour for servicing Monoblock pumps including dismantling and opening the pump, replacement of defective impeller, bearing , stuffing box, back plates, gland packing mechanical seal and rusted nut, bolts etc assembling properly, greasing all movable parts, fixing in position, testing and commissioning all as directed for the following HP pumps. (a) 3 HP to 5 HP Pump

(b) 7.5 HP to 10 HP Pump

Supply and fixing in replacement of power assembly expansion valve for following AC Plants as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Up to 30 TR AC Plant

(b) 50 TR to 74 TR AC Plant

Supply and fixing in replacement of Motor & Voltage Protection Device (MVPD) for AC plant as per existing make and model complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix replacement of microprocessor/PCB for compressor of capacity from 18 TR to 60 TR as per existing make/model.

Supply and fix of V-belt for AHU as per existing size of following AC Plants complete all as specified and directed. (a) 15 TR AC Plant

(b) 30 TR AC Plant

(c) 50 TR to 74 TR AC Plant

Realignment of compressor and motor of any capacity on existing foundation.

Supply and fixing of CI butterfly valves included with matching flanges, gaskets, hardware duly insulated with preformed pipe section fabricated to shape and bonded with adhesive removable cover is required valves in 26 SWG aluminium sheet, cover should be divided in to portions quick release toggles shall be used for assembly of covers. (a) 50 mm bore.

(b) 65 mm bore.

(c) 80 mm bore.

Supply and fix High pressure control switch as per existing make and type including taking down old switch.

Supply and fix oil pressure control switch as per existing make and type including taking down old switch.

Supply and fix low pressure control switch as per existing make and type including taking down old switch.

Supply and fix LP/HP cut out as per existing make and model including taking down old cutout for AC Plant up to 30 TR capacity.

All as per item No 18 but for AC Plant 50 TR to 74 TR capacity.

Supply and fixing power contractor assembly for up to 10 HP motor/pump complete as per existing type and make including taking down old contactor

Supply and fixing replacement of Thermal Overload relay range 9 - 12.5 amps as per existing make suitable for up to 10 HP motor/pump complete.

Supply and fixing electronic timer for star delta function having time range 1 - 20 sec, input voltage 380-440V AC or as per existing make and model including taking down of old one.

Supply and fixing indicator lamp assembly set complete LED type suitable for the existing system supply voltage 230V / 440 V AC including taking down old lamp assembly.

Supply and fixing replacement of Microprocessor controller unit of any capacity AC plant.

Dismantling the unserviceable electric motor any type or of any capacity and transporting to reputed workshop, taking out old and burnt winding wire and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and size with insulating materials, varnishing and baking etc, re-fixing the same at site and re-alignment, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge a).Up to 5 HP motor

Taking out old and fix new PVC fins of size 600 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm for cooling tower of any capacity AC plant and replacing with new one including setting complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of AHU filter having Pre filter efficiency of 90% and filtration level of 10 microns made out of GI channel frame overall size 61 cm x 61 cm x 5 cm including nylon micro filter and wire mesh covered front and back all as per sample given.

Preparation of old painted surfaces by removing dust, rust etc and, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun of approved make and colour for cooling tower, condensing pipe line condenser water pumps including all pipe line valves etc. size any Capacity of Plant.

Supply and fix in replacement of CT fan (with hub and fan blade) of motor capacity of up to 7.5 Hp, F Class, IP55 rated flange mounted weather proof and fan dia 900mm made up of cast aluminium alloy for cooling tower all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing replacement of chilled water sensor for AC Plants of any capacity

Supply and fix in replacement of solenoid valve assembly complete for compressor of capacity up to 30 TR.

Supply and fix in replacement of solenoid valve assembly complete for compressor of capacity from 50 TR up to 74 TR.

Supply and fix in replacement of Thermostatic expansion valve assembly complete of capacity up to 30 TR.

Dismantling the compressor and taking out the shaft from the compressing unit and taking to the reputed workshop for necessary lathe/ machining work to match the bearing size, cleaning inside the compressing unit and necessary overhauling including replacement of defective parts complete as directed installation of compressor and connect with motor, alignment and carrying out of testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for 15 TR AC plant compressor. Note : The rate quoted should be including defective spares required to be replaced.

Dismantling of old unserviceable compressor from condensing or chiller unit, and Supply, installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of scroll compressor of capacity 12.5 TR, 3 Phase, 415 V, self-lubricating complete including new refrigerant gas, HP and LP sensors with control wiring, connecting and rewiring with microprocessor based control panels and all as specified and as directed. Make : Danfoss Model No. SZ185S4RC or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for assembly and erection on repair of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 22 gauge including taking down old items complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing acoustic lining in repair to the ducting by using FG crown 200x25mm thick rigid board density 32kg/m3 covered with RP tissue & 28G aluminium perforated sheet & using GI nuts, bolts & washer for the entire duct complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for thermal insulation of duct using adhesive & FG crown-150 factory laminated covered with aluminium foil of 50mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing of AC plant hot water bank including internal wiring, replace of any minor parts and repair of control panel of heater all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of heater 2 KW capacity including making electrical connections with main supply complete all as specified and as directed.

Charges for attending break down of AC plant of 15 TR to 74 TR capacity by only auth OEM rep / team for fault finding including attending repairs as and when required such as No start condition of AC plant and repairing, starting the AC plant till smooth running and setting up the alignment/required parameters of all major parts such as fan belt, compressor, gas charge, cooling tower, power contactor, starter, MCCBs, Micro processor based control panel, pumps etc as required in ground/as ordered by EIC all as specified and as directed. Note : The payment for the above shall be made to Contractors after submitting the original invoice only
