Removing of unserviceable locks and supplying & fixing new brass locks 7 levers with duplicate keys complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of unserviceable 3 way locking devices and supplying and fixing new locking devices complete all as directed.

Removing of broken/unserviceable handle and supplying and fixing heavy duty new steel handle chromium plated of existing size complete all as specified as directed.

Removing of unserviceable foot rest and supplying and fixing new foot rest made out of PBI sheet 1mm thick of existing size, shape by welding at appropriate points complete all as specified as directed.

Removing of unserviceable shelves and supplying and fixing new made out of 0,9 mm thick PBI sheet of existing size, shape by welding at appropriate points complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Removing of bends/dents and spray painting with synthetic enameled Olive green paint One coat after due preparation of surfaces and applying putty and red oxide primer where ever required to match the existing surfaces complete as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Painting of furniture carried out at Md accn/OTM)

LOCKER STEEL (Fd-49 & FD-1029)

Repair to locker steel ie welding to lockers where ever required and removing of dents and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint spray painting OG shade inside and outside complete incl preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and shown on and as directed.

Removing of old u/s hasp and staples (locking device) and S & F new hasp and staples 75 mm long duly screwed/ welded of best quality as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old u/s broken legs & S&F new legs made out of sheet PBI sheet 1mm thick complete all as specified shown on drg and as directed.

TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL

Removing of unserviceable drawer of table and supplying and fixing of new drawer made out of mild steel sheet not less than 1mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable MS Square pipe and supplying and fixing of new MS square pipe made out of 25 mm square 16 mm thick by welding to the pipe complete as all specified. and as directed.

Removal of unserviceable TOP and providing and fixing new TOP of size 1200mmx600mm as shown on drg made out of MDF board (Exterior grade) 18mm thick covered with plastic laminated sheet 1 mm thick on top and providing teak wood beading prior to lamination to cover lamination on beading also complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Removing of dents, adjustment of locking device of drawers and painting of the complete table externally and internally with synthetic enamel paints olive green shade one coat by spray machine after due preparation of old surfaces and applying putty and red oxide primer where ever required to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified, and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All joints welding and fixing shall be done in accordence with standerd workmanship / specification and all steel member shall be powder cotated as specified

BED HARD STEEL

Replacement of unserviciable Planks Head rest and foot rest of 18mm both sides Pre laminated bd screw to MS strip arc welded to 18mm rectangular pipe asper specied and as directed.

All joints welding and fixing shall be done in accordence with standerd workmanship / specification and all steel member shall be powder cotated as specified

Removing of unserviceable plywood and supply & fixing New ply wood 12mm at same plateform with screw as per specified and directed

CHARPOY FOLDING STEEL

Removing of unserviceable plywood and supply & fixing New ply wood 12mm at same plateform with screw as per specified and directed

All joints welding and fixing shall be done in accordence with standerd workmanship / specification and M&L for painting to all steel members of Charpoy as specified and directed

CHAIR VARANDAH(FD-256,359)

All joints welding and fixing shall be done in accordence with standerd workmanship / specification and as specified

M&L for painting and Recaning of chair Verandah with 2mm plastic white/cream cane in Godrej pattern as complete, all as specified and directed. FD- 256, 359

CHAIR COMPUTER (FD -E6/MAP/01)

Repair and replacement adjustable back rest shall consist of droplift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the range of 65 mm and can be locked in 5 steps for better lumbers supports as shown infigures

Repair and replacement 12 mm thick hot pressed by plywood upholster(Seat) with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam as shown in figures

Repair and replacement Pedestal Assy injection moulded in black in 30% filled in nylon 10.5 mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. It is 600 mm pitch centre dia as shown in figures

CHAIR TUBULAR WITH ARMS (FD-75)

Removing old seat bottom & supply & fixing of new seat of existing size of Ist class hard wood teak duly woven as per local pattern with 2mm thick plastic premium cane of superior quality and the seat shall be fixed to chair with 75 x 4mm thick machine screw with nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old back of chair & supply and fixing of new back of existing size of hard wood teak duly woven as per local pattern with 2mm thick plastic cane of superior quality and the back shall be fixed to chair with 75x4mm thick machine screw with nuts & washers complete all as specified, and as directed.

Removing of arms rest & providing new arms of Ist class hard wood teak duly french polished & fixing the same to chair with screw & washer as per drg complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of unsv rubber to shoes & fixing new hard rubber top shoes complete all as specified and directed.

Removal and scrapping of old paint & applying two coats of OG synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer with brush painting as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
