REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF TILING PLASTERING PLUMBING AND SAINTARY FITTINGS ETC AT OTM ACCN UNDER AGE BR P 1 AT FARIDKOT MIL STATION

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles premium quality light shade 8-9 mm thick square /rectangular polished area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed with adhesive with same make of tiles and pointed with epoxy grouting to match the colour of tile over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying finishes, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Adhesive measured and paid separately. (ii) Epoxy grouting rate included in respective item.

M&L non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed with adhesive with same make of tiles and pointed with epoxy grouting to match the colour of tile over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying finishes, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Adhesive measured and paid separately. (ii) Epoxy grouting rate included in respective item.

Supply only adhesive for fixing of tiles in floor and wall as specified.

Dismantling of Stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, plateform, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including PCC bedding also removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick laid over 15mm thick 1:6 cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as directed. Note:- Single piece slab to be provided in steps and stairs.
