Modernisation to Balance Work of Baria MIP in Sukruli Block of Mayurbhanj District under OIIPCRA Scheme for the year 2023-24

Clearing shrub jungle uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1m girth on premeasurement required etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and Removing cement concrete for all height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within all lead and lifts including all labour & T&P materials required for the item etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar for all height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within all lead and lifts including all labour & T&P materials required for the item etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc. excepting all kinds of rock & boulders exceeding 0.014cum in volume for dam base stripping, cut-off trenches, outfall drains and stripping in borrow areas including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within all lead and lift and delifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including stacking of useful materials as directed.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed of foundation to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete including dewatering from foundation if required etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete M 15 grade with crushed granite 20mm down graded coarse aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in position to proper slope and level & compacting by vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth & finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty all materials labour, T & P materials required for this item including hire and running charges of machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M 20 grade with crushed granite 20mm down graded coarse aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in position to proper slope and level & compacting by vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth & finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty all materials labour, T & P materials required for this item including hire and running charges of machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcenment in position as per approved design & specification including cost, conveyance, royalty of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and M.S. Rods complete in all respect with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrages, and dam blocks including cost of materials,labour ,T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling the foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming properly,with cost of all labour, t&p reqd. for the item complete and as directed by the Er. In charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil from borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads and lifts and delifts of One KM on properly prepaired surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.50 cum layers in dam and dyke for all heights including royality of earth etc as specification and direction of the engineer-in charge (Measurment should be taken in finished leval section and 12.5 volume will be deducted towards settlement of earth in filling section ).

Excavation of any approved type of soil from borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads and lifts and delifts of two KM on properly prepaired surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.50 cum layers in dam and dyke for all heights including royality of earth etc as specification and direction of the engineer-in charge (Measurment should be taken in finished leval section and 12.5 volume will be deducted towards settlement of earth in filling section ).

Watering earth work upto the O M C condition and compaction by sheepfoot rollers / or any modern vibro rollers to earth layers not exceeding 22.5cm to 95% of MDD (maximum dry density) including hire and running charges of the all machineries, T&P and water complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (OMC compaction for 0.6m extra width beyond toe lines will be made and compacted section cut to designed section,Measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under O M C condition).

R.S dry packing in appron and revetments & slopes of dam and dyke using Departmental stone with h.g stone 15 to 30 cm size of approved quality including filling the interstices with small stone to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, rayality and other taxes of all materials , labour and T&P required for the item complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (1/6 voids volume will be deducted from the quantity)

R.S dry packing in appron and revetments & slopes of dam and dyke with h.g stone 15 to 30 cm size of approved quality including filling the interstices with small stone to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, rayality and other taxes of all materials , labour and T&P required for the item complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (1/6 voids volume will be deducted from the quantity)

Supplying, Laying and fixing 150mm dia RCC hume pipes of approved quality for outlets including cost, conveyance of pipes to the work site with cost of all other materials and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Er. In charge

Providing,Supplying, Stacking for premeasurement & Speading moorum and consolidation with HRR including watering, cost of moorum and conveyance of moorum etc complete required for the item as per direction of Engineer incharage

Earth work in ordinary soil with all leads, lifts and delifts including dressing and levelling the bed to the design profile as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on the finished level section )

Earth work in hard soil with all leads and lifts including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7cm , laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth etc completed as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (Measurement will be taken on the finished level section and 12.5 voids volume will be deducted towards settlement of earth in filling section )

Supply,transportation,erection,fitting and fixing approved type of moulded measuring devices (Cut Throat Flumes) of required discharge capacity made out of fiberglass reinforced plastic mould (FRP) at the specified location with " hold fasts" embedded in M-20 grade of concrete including curing of concrete till it attains required strength etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge
