Fabrication of Outdoor Cubical Floor-Mounted Panel • Material: minimum 4mm CRCA/MS sheet with stiffeners • Compartmentalized structure with hinged lockable doors • Protection: IP42 (body), IP65 (door seals), dust/vermin proof • Incoming: 415V, 3Ph+N busbar system • Outgoing: 2 feeders (415V, 3Ph+N each) • Surface treatment: Degreasing, derusting, phosphating, primer + 2 finishing coats

Supply of 400A MCCB (4-Pole) with Microprocessor Release • Breaking capacity: 70kA • Rating: 630A, 4P, adjustable overload, short-circuit protection • Features: Instantaneous protection, thermal memory, ground fault protection (20–50% In), neutral overload protection (50–150% Ir)

Supply and making outdoor end termination with cast resin compound including alumunium lugs and other jointing material 1.1kv pvc insulated XLPE alumunium conductor -3 1/2 X 70 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Switch Disconnector Unit (4P, Door Interlocked) • Current: 800A, Voltage: 415V AC • Features: Flip-able handle, telescopic shaft, terminal shrouds, door interlock, padlock facility

Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG setetc including form work etc as required (excluding reinforcement)

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels,

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead , including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces ) , excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2
