Technical Bid

RequiredContractor Registration Certificate PWD Civil License, Class-4 and Above

RequiredSatisfactory Completed as prime contractor at least one similar work such as Water Supply works Rs. 3.35 lakhs

RequiredAchieved in at least Two financial years an average annual financial turnover Rs 6.70 lakhs. Certified Turnover Certificate issued by the Chartered accountant with UDIN Number i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26

RequiredBANKERS CERTIFICATE/LINE OF CREDIT, Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 2.01 Lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Eligibility Criteria

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable forrejection

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable

Payment Shall Be made based on Collection of Property tax or Financial status of City Municipal Council Hootagalli General fund

Corrigendum/Modifications/Correction, if any, will be published in the website only

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected

The Tenderer shall scan Original Work done certificates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening

The Tender Inviting Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

Work done Certificate Certified not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The Earnest Money Deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake.

Conditional BANKERS CERTIFICATE/LINE OF CREDIT will not be accepted

GST tax paid separately

Tenderers are Required to read the Bid Documents Carefully before Submission of their Bid

Un Successful Tenderer EMD Amount will be return after completion of successful tenderer document verification and CMC Administration/Council Tender approval

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt andfraudulent practices issued by any State Government/Government of India/Union Territory.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01/01/2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Labour Welfare fund.
