Repair/ Maint of Earthing, Lighting protection and other works at AOR under GE (East) Ferozepur Cantt

Taking down carefully existig copper/ alumn point wiring for light/ fan/ bell/ socket 5/15 Amp points complete with fitting and fixtures such as Switches, Sockets, Ceiling Rose, Lamp Holder and bracket fittings with Battens/ Conduits/ Wires and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls and roofs etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor, multi stranded of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, drawn through & including new PVC rigid concealed conduit, medium grade of suitable size (not less than 20mm dia) duly ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes, bakelite sheets and various sizes hylam sheets for mounting switch/ sockets, fan regulators etc complete with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, PVC FRLS copper conductor, insulated, unsheathed, stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified for following :- Make:- Plaza,Seewel, Anchor & SCI. (a) One light/ fan/ bell/ Bldg security light point controlled by one single pole one way switch.

All as per item No. 02 as above but one 3 pin, 5 Amp, socket outlet on the independet board controlled by one single pole one way switch board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 3 terminals 65 x 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement LED wall decorative ,champage gold finish fixture with glass/plastic body including 9/10 Watt LED lamp complete all as specified and directed . Make : Baja /Elcov/Havells/Philips.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of inverter LED batten 20 W 6500 K with squre profile and polycarbonate channel. Lithium ion battery with charging time 8 Hours-10 Hours and back up time upto 4 Hours complete all as specified and directed . Make : Bajaj /Phillips/Havells/Surya.

Fixing in repair of existing aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixings screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed

M& L for Air termination, Single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long with base plate welded at bottom of termination rod 10 cm long fabricated out of 25 x 3 mm thick flat iron along with 9 mm dia fixing fasteners (wooden block) complete all as specified and directed .

S & F GI tube light grade of 40 mm dia bore galvanised,,with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge .

M& L for test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x 75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of size 300x300x300mm for Aluminium termination rod complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing in repair of test point terminal block of any type as per existing at site complete all as specified and directed

M&L Earthing complete, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule part-I , as specified including the following :- (i) Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmsx60cmsx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with char-coal and common salt in alternative layers (n.exc 15cms each layer). (iii) 4 mm dia (8 SWG) G.I earth wire from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts check nuts, washers, thimbles etc. (iv) 15 mm bore light grade, GI pipe for protection to earth-wire. (v) 20mm bore, medium grade, GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the earth pit. (vi) 50mm thick pre-cast cover of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, Chamber in PCC(1:3:6), type-C2(to be constructed 1 m away from edge of earth pit) and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces. (vii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance upto 50 metre as directed including testing etc all as specified.

M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 350x350x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @15cm centre to centre both direction and 10mm dia MS handle of suitable size, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers,necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy, Installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising of 17mm dia copper bonded rod 3 mtr long horizontally pre welded T-terminal rod with provision for connection size of 50 x 150mm long, 6mm thickness with equal space either side, with 12mm dia hole of 02 numbers each on either side of the terminal clamp with 250 microns (average) coating thickness, tested and certified by CPRI India alongwith 50 Kg earth energizer compound and 10 litres earth resistance reducing liquid including connection with galvanised earth strip 32X6 mm and required Protective Pit cover of size 0.3mx0.3mx0.3m also as directed by Engr In Charge . The above mentioned rod shall be installed in 4-6 inch bore, 12 feet depth with a distance of minimum 3 meters between each installation complete all as specified and directed.
