Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) (ISI marked) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc, and fixing with suitable clamps made of MS flat of size 25mm x 3mm and provision of CI cable route indicators of size 100mm dia, 6mm thickness duly embossed ‘HT’ attached with 45cm long angle iron of size 25x25x5mm fixed along the route of cable at a distance of 40 meter and at turning points, complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide & not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying & removing of cable, any size and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide & not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying & removing of cable, any size and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (Soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8 CM thick before laying of cables and 15CM thick after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying precast concrete cable covers, factory made, ISI marked, class HV type-I, flat size 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for drilling/boring hole under hard standing /road in different loaction as per site requirement (between 3 Mtr to 12 Mtr maximum) including laying of suitable dia of GI pipe for protection of cable etc by by trenchless technology and without disturbing the top surface complete all as specified and directed.
