General servicing of DG Set including 'B' Check ,cleaning of machine,cleaning of fuel tank, checking of oil level, tension in fan belts,checking and repair of leakages in hose pipe, proper adjustment of tappet, checking of Governor control assembly, radiator and ensure the smoke less and fluctuation less voltage supply after servicing.complete all as per manufactaures recommendations for DG set of 300KVA Cummins capacity Make:- Cummins Note:. (i) Fuel filter ,Engine Oil and Coolent shall be measurd & paid separately under relevent items of Sch 'A'. (ii)'B' check shall be carried out on running of 500 hrs or 6 months which ever is earlier. (iii) Any service or repair to the DG sets under any item of DG set repairs schedule will be carried out through technician of authorized service dealer of manufacture/ make of DG set. Contractor has to provide his visit charges/ accommodation/ transportation etc and sub letting or local service agent will not be allowed. Contractor has to quote his rates keeping in view these aspects. (iv) Any repair/ defects / services required for DG set will be intimated via telephone/ mobile/ SMS/ e-mail followed in writing to contractor. These repairs /defects// services will be attended, completed and DG sets have to be made functional within 72 Hrs after intimation failing which a penalty of Rs 3000/- per day per DG sets will be charged from Contractor’s dues/ payment.

(ix) Checking of condenser unit and its accessories and take the reading of EWT and LWT in hot and cold side and set CR at prescribed value.(x) Checking the functioning of scroll compressor in every visit andrectify /repair defects. (xi) Checking of Evoprator unit(Chiller unit) and its accessories and take the reading of EWT and LWT in hot and cold side and set CR at prescribed value. (xii) Checking of compressor oil level and quality of oil and replacement / top up if required. (xiii) Checking of the central chiller plant control panel for its proper functioning and replacement of unserviceable accossaries connected to the control panel like fuse,microprocessor, display etc (xiv) Servicing /repairsworks will be carried out within 03 days after intimation to contractor on telephone followed by in writing. Any delay beyound 03 day shall be penalised through panel recovery @ 3000 per day till rectificatio/repair starts.

All servicing and repairs works shall be carried out by authorised service centre /OEM of Blue star and Voltas company . Note A : 1. (xiii) Checking of the central chiller plant control panel for its proper functioning and replacement of unserviceable accossaries connected to the control panel like fuse,microprocessor, display etc (xiv) Servicing /repairsworks will be carried out within 03 days after intimation to contractor on telephone followed by in writing. Any delay beyound 03 day shall be penalised through panel recovery @ 3000 per day till rectificatio/repair starts.

M&L for descaling of condensor unit of 1x50 TR capacity shell and tube type by removing end cover/pipe line to make access and descaling the condenser tubes manually by wire brushing the tubes, cleaning by flushing in De-scaling agent through the condensers by forced feed type method cleaning each tube of the condenser internally by brushing without damaging the tubes and re-fixing back the end covers with new rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers and pressure testing for 24 hours complete all as specified.

M&L for descaling of condensor unit of 1x5 TR capacity shell and tube type by removing end cover/pipe line to make access and descaling the condenser tubes manually by wire brushing the tubes, cleaning by flushing in De-scaling agent through the condensers by forced feed type method cleaning each tube of the condenser internally by brushing without damaging the tubes and re-fixing back the end covers with new rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers and pressure testing for 24 hours complete all as specified.

Cleaning of the evaporator unit of 50 TR capacity central air conditioning plant with cleaning agent by forced feed method to remove the unwanted dust formed over the cooling coil fins without disturbing the mounting of the coils and greasing to the AHU blower bearing and tightening of all fasteners etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The descaling and cleaning works neet to be carried out by authorised skilled person by the service dealer or from the Manufacturer.

Cleaning of the evaporator unit of 5 TR capacity central air conditioning plant with cleaning agent by forced feed method to remove the unwanted dust formed over the cooling coil fins without disturbing the mounting of the coils and greasing to the AHU blower bearing and tightening of all fasteners etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The descaling and cleaning works neet to be carried out by authorised skilled person by the service dealer or from the Manufacturer.

Disconnecting & dismantling of existing unserviceable cooling tower, FRP type, 50 TR capacity of any description & in any position including dismantling all old connected part/filters, like motor, FRP casing basin, PVC filling , MS/GI pipe line, sluice valve, stop valve, steel structure frame etc, servicing/overhauling, cleaning, oiling/greasing and fixing of serviceable parts in position removing & replacement of defective/unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the cooling towers and connected parts/items fixed in position for connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts required for repair will be paid and measured separately.

(c) Contact vacuuming menthod of HVAC system cleaning which incorporates agitation and vcuum collection principle into one operation. (d) Compressed air washing mechanical means to agitate and dislodge particulate form the interior surface of HVAC system. (e) All of the grill and differs are removed and clean (f) Starting for farthest vent opening each branch line is cleaned using nylon duct brushes, cable driven brushes, or forwarded air blast assemblies to loosen debris. The agitation tool causes debris to the quickly caught up in the air movement from the HYPE M/c The process is then repeated at each vent opening . Once all the branch line have been cleaned , the main pocket filter is cleaned. (g) After the dust and debris is removed from the system, an light fogged through the air duct system, This product immediately kills fungus or bacteria. The blower motor is inspected and cleaned if necessay and accessible. (m) The insulation in the air handler unit case is manually cleaned and then treated with fogger m/c to kill an residual mold, fungus, or bacteria.
