PROVISION OF ENERGY SAVING PUMPS AT MAIN FILTRATION PLANT:

Supply, install,testing and commissioning of horizontal Split case centrifugal pump of capacity 75 HP , four pole , cast iron pump casing with CED coated, impeller-bronze, shaft 45 C8, sleeve stainless steel 410, wear ring, neck ring & lantern ring - Bronze with set of mechanical seals, flow 6000 LPM at working head of 40 Meters, 150 mm dia suction and 125 mm dia delivery including suitable size base plate made of cast iron with CED coated all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: KSB Model GAMMA 150-360A GG or other equivalent make as approved by GE. Note: Pump shall be coupled with IE-3, 3 Ph 415 V, induction motor 1450 RPM , 50 Hz as specified in BOQ Sl.item No 02

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of three phase induction motor 55 KW/ 75 HP, 1450 RPM, duty class S1, IE3 (premium class 94.6%), performance conforms to IS 325 ( IS 12615/2011), 415 V±10%, 50 Hz ±5%,' F' class insulation with temperature rise as per class 'B' limit over 50 deg C Amb. Temp, Enclosure : TEFC, Degree of protection :IP 55, Method of cooling :IC411, Safe area, four pole 1475 RPM all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells or other equivalent make as approved by GE.

Note for Item No 1 & 2 : Three phase Induction motor & Centrifugal pumps shall be coupled and connection shall be made with existing pipe lines at filtration plant including provision of new GI nuts, bolts , washers , rubber gasket and other minor spares as required at site shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate above .

Supply and fix cast iron non return valve, swing Horizontal type valve with rubberised steel ball and CI body flanged fixed between exit of the pump and delivery pipe line of size 150 mm bore Make : NORMEX or other equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F electric water heater storage type, Capacity 25 litres and heating element 2 KW with inclov 800 glass coated to protect the heating element from oxidation & carbonization and inner tank coated with feroglass technology to protect the tank from corrosion & rusting and with stand the pressure of 8 bars, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as a safety valve,thermostate,NRV,connection pipes of GI/PVC and necessary electric connections etc. complete all as specified and directed. S&F of PVC connection Heavy duty 24" long 15mm dia with 2 Nos brass check nuts suitable for Hot water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting chases, pininig in, making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintal etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing etc and making good, cutting not exc 20 cm girth in walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore steel water tubing "medium grade" galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Stop valves 15 mm , chromium plated fancy type cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bib taps 15 mm , chromium plated fancy type cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down,screwed for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SPN, 32 AMP rating 240 V, 10 KA breking capacity "C " curve in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts grade single core having multistranded copper conductor of 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral, drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit in concelead in walls not less than 25mm base size with all fitting and fixing accessories and with 2.5 Sqmm green FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth conductor connected to earth dolly by providing suitable lugs excluding galvanised steel boxes 1.6mm thick of suitable size and white laminated hylum sheet of 3mm thick ,ISI marked,60mm deep for housing sockets,switches etc complete for 15 amps socket point on independent board controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.Note:Cutting chases for conduit and making good to wall shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
