steel of iron work such as rainforcement concrete work (which not including all over rates) wrought to required shape as cnecessary including bending supply of steel its wastage and hooks and outhorized overlapping shall be measured SI no. 504.

Firsrt clas brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modules mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials , labour and tools and plants etc. required for prpper completion of the work. As per S.I.-305

12mm thick plaster on brick work min. thickness not less than 10mm with cement and fine snd of 1.25 fineness modules mortar 1:4

Providing and applying with white cement paste putty

Finishing wall with permium acryic smooth exterior paint

Supply and laying of one coat primer and two coat oil pain of both side

Supply & fixing of m.s. iron angel with angle frame with fabrication work

S/F of doors & windows with 40mm thick comrcial quality sitapur plyboard with micasheet decorative type in both side

S/FITTING of stainless steel of TATA / CHIRAG OR EQUAVALENT SS-304 for door and window with all work complete

S/F of vectrified tiles

18% sanitation,electrification & plumbing charges
