The bidder should be original manufacturer or authorized Agent/dealer of the original manufacturer of the material/equipment specified in the present enquiry. The bidder shall upload proof such as license issued by any government statutory authority in this regard. The authorized Agent/Dealer should furnish a letter from their manufacturer certifying that they are the authorized dealer of the manufacturer. The authorized dealer/agent of the manufacturer shall furnish legally enforceable deed of undertaking in non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.500/- to guarantee quality, timely supply and performance and warranty obligations as specified in the contract.

Tenderer/Bidder should have satisfactorily Supplied, Erected and commissioned 220kV or above voltage class C&R panel compatible for IEC 61850, communication protocol for Sub-station Automation System cumulatively to an extent of 01 Set on Total or Partial Turnkey Basis in the last 10 years preceding the date of bid submission and same shall be in satisfactory service for a minimum period of One (1) year to date of submission of the bid.

Tenderer/Bidder should have satisfactorily Supplied, Erected and commissioned 110kV or above voltage class Transmission Line cumulatively to an extent of 02 Set on Total or Partial Turnkey Basis in the last 10 years preceding the date of bid submission and same shall be in satisfactory service for a minimum period of One (1) year to date of submission of the bid.

The Tenderer Bidder should possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission.

Achieved in at least two financial years in the last five years i.e. FY 2020-2021 to 2024-2025 a minimum financial turnover of Rs.72,30,830.00

Bidder shall be financially sound and shall submit audited financial reports for last five years preceding the date of Bid submission

Liquid Assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.09,03,854.00 (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc.

The Tenderer/Bidder shall provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the Bidder or any party or JV/ Consortium partner may result in rejection of bid

The Tenderer/Bidder should not have been Blacklisted/ disqualified for non-performance in any of the Government utilities in the past five years as on date of Bid opening. Then in such cases, the offer of the bidder will be summarily rejected.

Where the zonal Chief Engineers/ CEE(T&P) have issued notices in respect of on-going works in the last 6 months as on date of bid submission invoking Risk & Cost clause and where the work is not completed/ charged.
