Demolition of existing water proofing treatment, any type from top surface of roof slab and remove the material obtained to low lying area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified weighing not less than 4kg per Sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.4liters per sqm on surface to provide a layer of APP membrane by torching applications including sealing the overlap while torching with 150mm on length side and 100mm wide side as per manufacturer’s instructions including joints and change in directions be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml/bag of cement cured well before laying of membrane and provide a finishing coat with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.
