Notes for Ser item No 1.01 to 1.12 above - Contractor shall keep the following aspects in mind while quoting unit rates and rates quoted shall be deemed to be included the following: - (i) Any type of defect needs to be attended within 24 hrs from the information conveyed directly or telephonically as well. (ii) All minor defective parts will be replaced by contractor within 48 Hrs for above mentioned Laundry Plants/machineries. Cost of minor parts such as nuts, bolts,screws, clamps, T&Ps, oiling, greasing, cleaner liquid for steam pipes, GI/SS fittings, V-belts etc, deemed to be included in the quoted rates.servicing and programming setting /resetting of the display card of Laundry Machines deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Cleaning of chocked coil by descaling steam boiler, engineer shall carryout/supervise the descaling activity with Descaling Chemical (i.e. Chemical recommended by OEM) (iv) Servicing/repair of all water pumps including replacement of unserviceable seals and glands , and servicing ,greasing /alignment of shaft/testing complete of all motors of Steam Boiler. (v) Servicing/repair/testing of electric control panel and replacement of unserviceable minor spares like meter , wiring etc complete of Steam Boiler. (vi) Cleaning of chocked Steam pipelines and steam trap Valves and welding and replacement of coupling, joints ,union etc if required to stop leakage of water and steam from the pipeline deemed to be included in the quoted rates. In case of delay a recovery of Rs 500/- per machine/day shall be made from the contractor. (vii) In order to certify proper maint of the plant , monthly & breakdown visits of Engineer/technician from OEM/Approved firm to check efficient running of Laundry Plant is mandatory on part of contractor.The unit rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included this aspect. Necessary documents in support of visit of authorised representatives from OEM/Approved firm shall be submitted by the contractor after each visit. On Failure of visit by OEM/Approved firm representative or non submission of report by him, a penal recovery of Rs 5000/- per visit shall be made from the contractor.

M&L for painting MS surface of Chimney of steam boiler (height 23 metrer approx), including surface preparation with emery paper, cleaning of cloth and applying two coat of super enamel synthetic heat resistance paint, with hold upto temperature 600⁰C properly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note – The rate quoted include any type of T & P required at site.)

M&L for preparation of surface for painting of steam boiler all connected items i.e Boilers outer shell, moisture separator, economiser, Flue gas duct, main header for flue gas, other MS/Alumiinium structure, MS pipes for fuel and water, eqpts etc by preparation of surface by scraping old paint with sand paper and blower, filling of cavities with suitable putty and applying two coat of heat rsistance paint, to hold upto temperature 600ºC properly paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete rewiring of control and power circuit including necessary minor parts as required for any type of laundry machine i.e Washing machine/Drying tumbler/hydro extractor etc including taking down ond unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for MS sheet enclosure bent to shape of Laundry machines 1.6mm thick duly painted with two coats of red oxide and one coat of acrylic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of MS pipe as per colour code by two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparing of surfaces all as specified and directed.
