Excavation in foundation trenches trenches etc. in earth work lift upto 1.50 mtr stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00 mtr clear from edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers where required on the plinth and sides of foundation etc. consolidating and deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all surplus excavated earth within a lead of 20 mtr pick jumper work.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles no exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand) above floor two level to three level

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced concrete work grade M-25 design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of 25N/mm2 with cement content not less than 400 kg/cum and curing complete including the cost of form work and excluding the cost of reinforcemen work in:- Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including all leads and lifts. Upto floor two level

Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete : 25 mm thick.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings: Upto 15 metres span.

Form work Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Providing and fixing 4mm thick EBoard (Embassed board) Ceiling of approved quality of ISI Mark i/c fixing to base frames with screws and clamps etc complete (frame work for base & cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately)

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing ridges or hips 60 cm over all in plain G.I. sheets with galvanized iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete : 0.63 mm thick sheet.
