Charges for MS Structure for 7.5 Tr ODU installation with necessary scaffolding arrangement: Supplying, fabrication & fixing of M.S. platform supported by Angle iron of (06) Six nos 8mm thick of size ( 75mm x75mm x 8mm) of length 1.5 mtr and to be welded with 10 mm thick MS flat squre of required size (8 inch squre in shape with four nos hole) and to be fixed on wall by 16 mm dia fastner. The platform should be fabricated with 10 (ten) nos of 32mm hollow squre bar of 2.2 mtr length fixed in equal intervals for the said platform. Also making the safety grill by 32mm x 6mm MS flat throught the 3 side of the machine from the 2.5 feet above the platform .The whole structure should be paint by 2 coats enamel paint. The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODU as per direction of EIC.Complex work should be carried out as per direction of EIC with necessary scaffolding arrangement.

Charges for MS Structure for 2TR/1.5TR ODU installation with necessary scaffolding arrangement: Supplying, fabrication & fixing of M.S. platform supported by Angle iron of (06) Six nos 8mm thick of size ( 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm) of length 1.2 mtr and to be welded with 6 mm thick MS flat squre of required size (8 inch squre in shape with four nos hole) and to be fixed on wall by 12 mm dia fastner. The platform should be fabricated with 10 (ten) nos of 32mm hollow squre bar of 1.8 mtr length fixed in equal intervals for the said platform. Also making the safety grill by 32mm x 6mm MS flat throught the 3 side of the machine from the 2.5 feet above the platform .The whole structure should be paint by 2 coats enamel paint. The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODU as per direction of EIC.Complex work should be carried out as per direction of EIC with necessary scaffolding arrangement.

Supply & Fixing of Heavy Duty Anti-Vibration Pad for Isolation of Unwanted Vibration during the ODU in operation.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in position suspended false ceiling with frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mm x 25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38mm x 25mm, suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm x 25mm having size of 600mm x 600mm ceiling with aluminium composit panels (ACP) - Interior grade of thickness 3.0mm comprising of protective film, polyester coating, primer, aluminium coil, adhesive film, polyethylene core again with one layer adhesive film, aluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification finished with aluminium screw and silicon sealent complete in all respect including all incidental charges etc. as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Lifting Charges of AC machines incl all ODUs and IDUs with all necessary requirement and scaffolding arrangment at different places of the building for fixing ODU (Gr. Floor, 4th floor, 5th floor,6th floor & 7th Floor) incl. dismantling the at end of work as per direction by EIC.
