Removing the existing unserviceable tapestry cloth and foam cushion from sofa set completely, replacing with new foam cushion 40 density duly covered with new tapastry cloth including completly stiching, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L removing of old polish completly by paint remover from Sofa Set, preparation of old wood surfaces by scraping and filling bore holes with putty and finally rubbing with sand paper/ abbrasive cloth throughly for smooth and clean surface and applying applying two coats of glossy PU polish of approved make over a two coat of sealer finally till the smooth finishing complete rest all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM /SMALL STEEL

S&F in repairs legs of almirah medium/small steel and providing new by welding made out of 1mm MS Sheet into required shape for almirah, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs locking device including replacement of brass 6 lever locks iron body with duplicate keys chromium plated to almirah, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs handle chromium plated of size 150mm grip length with both sides screwed to Almirah steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to existing shelf including welding

Removal of existing worn out paint from inside & outside including preparation of surface complete of the almirah medium/small steel and M&L for applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide primer through spray machine, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dining Table with Four Chair

M&L removing of old polish completly by paint remover from Dining Table Set, preparation of old wood surfaces by scraping and filling bore holes with putty and finally rubbing with sand paper/ abbrasive cloth throughly for smooth and clean surface and applying two coat of glossy melamine polish of approved make over a two coat of sealer finally till the smooth finishing complete rest all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs legs of Almirah Large/Large 1/2 H 1/2 S Steel and providing new by welding made out of 1mm MS Sheet into required shape for Almirah large/ 1/2 H 1/2 S steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs shelves for Almirah Large/Large 1/2 H 1/2 S Steel with MS sheet CRC 1mm thick bent to shape including welding to the almirahs, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR WRITING (TP)

Replacement of old unserviceable seat and back of chair with new seat of 12mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) covered with 75mm thick U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth. The back shall be 6mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) fixed to frame with screw and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs with welding to steel frame etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Sample of tapestry cloth shall be got approved by GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L requied for welding to broken joints of Chair writng complete all as specified & directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable / broken arm rest with new arm rest of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert and shall be scratch and weather resistant of Chair briefing static base complete all as specified & directed.

BED PLY TOP

S&F 12mm thick plywood BWR Grade, approved quality in single piece as per drawing without any joint to the bed frame with suitable screws wood/steel including removal of damaged ply wood all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing unserviceable head rest and supply and fix new head rest shall be provided with 18mm thick MDF board pasted with1 mm thick laminated sheet with both side of approved shade and texture along with 6mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided at all edge.

Removing unserviceable foot rest and supply and fix new foot rest shall be provided with 18mm thick MDF board posted with 1mm thick laminated sheet with both side of approved shade and texture along with 6mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided at all edge.

PEG TABLE (450MM x 300MM x 380MM)

M&L for removing the existing unserviceable leg and providing with new teak wood leg complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing the existing unserviceable top rail and providing with new teak wood top rail complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing the existing unserviceable bottom rail and providing with new teak wood bottom rail complete all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing stiffner and providing with new stiffner all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

SOFA SET 5 PERSON WITH CUSHION

Removing the existing unserviceable cushion of sofa set, tapastry cloth and replacing with new foam cushion 40 density 100mm thick of size 558mm x 533mm x 100mm duly covered with new tapastry cloth including mulmul completly stiched, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Each cushion for seat or back will be measured as single unit. (ii) The tapastry cloth shall be mat finish and shall not less than Rs. 350/- per metre and as approved by GE.
