Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of substation type double pole structure for 250 KVA T/F at 11m long STP with mounting of all accessories like 11 Kv fuse set, TPMO, top channel, Dropper Channel , Sub Station Base, Bracing angle Channels, nuts & Bolt with clamps etc. grouting of pole in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks Ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth done properly (All required material for double pole structure & all grouting material except S.T. Pole provided by contractor) as per RESSPO norms.

Erection, grouting and plinthing of 11 mtr long pole support with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories. Grouting ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand & bricks Ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly. (All material provided by contractor except S.T. Pole)

Erection, grouting, and plinthing of 11 mtr section/double pole support with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like channel, insulator etc. grouting ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand & brick Ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly. (All material provided by contractor except S.T. Pole)

Earthing of Pole by MS earthing Rod of 20x2500 mm and 6 SWG earthing wire etc. (All material provided by contractor)

Hanging of single 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable with the help of stay wire 7/10swg, Nut and bolts, MS Channel, I hook, and clamp. (All material provided by contractor except 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XPLE Cable )

Fixing of Outdoor jointing kit. (Make Geesel/Raychem/3M) 11 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable. (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor).

Mounting of 250 KVA T/F on D/P along with HT/LT connection with support of D.D. wire 70 sq mm, 400sq mm long barrel All Lugs, Copper Z Clamp Suitable for 400 KVA T/F, nut and bolts etc. (All materials will be provided by the contractor to Complete the work in all respect except T/F.)

Earthing of transformer body and neutral separately by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 40’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be arranged by the contractor)

Installation of L.T. PVC cubical Box (400 amp, 3 phase 4 wire, Alluminium busbar with indicator, and fusing arrangement system) on double pole ,with the help of channel ,clamp & nut bolt etc. (All materials ie LT Cubical box Clamps, Channels etc will be arranged by the contractor) as per sample provided by department.

Laying of L.T. cable of size 1x240 sq mm. from T/F LT Bushing to LT Cubical/LT Pole and suitably connection with 240 sq mm long barrel Lugs at both ends. (Lugs provided by contractor except Cable).

Laying of L.T. cable of size 1x400 sq mm. from T/F LT Bushing to LT Cubical/LT Pole and suitably connection with 400 sq mm long barrel Lugs at both ends. (Lugs provided by contractor except Cable).

Erection & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling (All require materials with Stay rod 16X1800mm, Stay wire7/10 SWG, 5 KG, Stay clamp, Loop Insulator Bolt & nut will be arranged by the contractor}

Erection, grouting, & plinthing of single support pole 9 mtr long STP for LT line , including fixing of necessary clamps, angle, LT Bracket and insulator, Nut & Bolts etc. Grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand & bricks Ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth done properly (All materials will be arranged by the contractor except 9 m ST Pole)

laying and stringing of LT ABC (size 3x120+1x95+1x16) sq.mm with Spreading and stringing of 1 wire continuous weasel conductor for neutral including binding of insulator complete in all respect with LT clamp, dead End Clamp, i hook, Suspension Clamp, Piercing Connector, LT Arms, with nut bolts, LT Shackle Insulator The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor. (All Material provided by contractor Except ABC Conductor and Weasel Conductor).

Erection & Commissioning of LT distribution boxes/kiosk on poles including all clamps & materials required for connections & sealing its connection in between Distribution Box & ABC 1x35/16 sq. mm LT PVC cable with required materials (All require materials i.e. D.B., clamp, insulator, piercing Connector, 1x35 and 1x16 sq mm cable, nut & bolts etc will be arranged by the contractor).

Painting of 11/9 ST Pole with Clamp and Channel 2 coat Red Oxide and 2 coat Alluminium Paint. (Painting materials provided by the contractor.)

Installation of Sign board at site after complition of work. Sign board size 3x4 feet with stand. (Writing material and sign board design will be provided by department and Sign Board, Stand and Grouting materials provided by contractor, Sing board will be provided by contractor as per sample provided by department.)

Installation of tray on D.P. after completion of work. (Tray will be provided by contractor as per sample).

Photo and Videography before and after the work will be provided by the contractor in soft & hard colour copy (size 8x10" album) and soft copy of video in minimum 1080 p quality in Pen drive in 3 set.

Dismantling of all the HT/LT connections & earthing of old 11/.4 KV, 250/400/630 KVA transformer along with LT cubical box, cable GO set & DO set, old T/F Plinth, Fencing, T/F etc. safe loading carriage and unloading of dismantled item from site of work to center store and safe loading of T/F from old place to centre store.
