Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty 1.0mm (avg.) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper having VOC content less than 50 gm/ltr. of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Distempering (one coat) with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade & colour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm (weight not less than 12.5 Kg/sqm)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters 30mm thick conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Supply & fixing of following items including nails,screws, fevicol etc. as required. Door Seal

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make (Kajaria/Somany/Asian) , in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators, Almirahs and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For frames and shutter of door windows, ventilators & Almirah including providing and fixing hinges / pivots, handles, tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket, 5mm glass panes / 12mm thick particle board laminated on both sides, locks of superior quality including P&F of Double Action Hydraulic door closer/floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS:6315 with stainlees steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness. The spacing of vertical/horizontal members not to exceed 4 feet and the section to be used shall be 104mm x 44.45 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminum extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer,(having brand logo with IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS : 6315 marked, having brand logo embossed on the body/plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg for doors including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet With Stainless Steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness. outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in- plate etc. complete.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside the University Campus.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Super structure above plinth including curing with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand).

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix in 1:4 mix. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing of water proof ply 19mm thick of approved quality (Green /Orchid /Century) including cost of labour nut bolts for fixing of frames fevicol, nails etc, filling the surface with chalk putty mixed with paint, sand papering to prepare the surface even and smooth applying priming coat of wood primer and then (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/Nerolac). Nothing extra shall be paid for any wastage (for manufacturing of cupboard)

Providing and fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain/wood grain in gloss/matt/suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS: 2046 Type S including cost of adhesive of approved quality 1mm thick
