Transporting of 110 kV 1X630 Sq.mm XLPE UG cable drums each weighing approximately 7T in lorries using adequate capacity truck mounted crane for both loading and unloading including labour required for loading, transporting, unloading, driver bata etc.,Supplying and Providing of Winch,steel wire drum, cable drum stand, rollers, ramp and other T&P 's required for laying to the work site by engaging lorry and crane for site (No material will be supplied from department stores.) Positioning of winch,D.G.set and others rollers for cable laying on a day before laying, Laying of cables in trench and duct by means of winch over rollers, dressing the cable in trefoil formation, tying the cable with nylon rope at every 3m intervals.The rate includes the cost of pulling the steel wire rope from winch side to drum side,devolution of any balance cables to CDC stores, all tools & plants, labour consumables, lead, lift etc., complete.

Detailed surveying of the cable route and submitting the reports and drawing for the location of joints bays, etc including cost of all equipments, T & P, etc., Complete

Removing the black topping of any thickness and forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing including cost of providing sign boards, danger lights, indication arrangements, Reflective tapes wherever necessary, lead, lift, labour, tools & plants, etc., compete.

Earth work excavation in all soils including slush and silt under water requiring the aid of basket and vessels and forming cable trench and cable duct at road crossing including cost of providing sign boards, danger lights, indication arrangements, Reflective tapes wherever necessary and providing shoring and strutting arrangements wherever necessary, all lead, lift, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete.

Dismantling the brickwork inside the cable trench and cable duct wherever occurof any thickness and clearing the trench/duct free from debris and without hinderence to the cable laying work including lead, lift, labour, tools & plants etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the PCC inside the cable trench and cable duct wherever occurof any thickness and clearing the trench/duct free from debris and without hinderence to the cable laying work including lead, lift, labour, tools & plants etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Shoring and Strutting using necessary Country Wooden Planks 40mm thick and 8cm to 10cm dia. Casurina,vertical posts at every 300mm C/C of 1.80m height duly anchored 300mm into the ground for firm support including placing and making the two rows of planks of top and bottom and one middle row of casurina with strutt arrangements at top so as to afford easy laying as cables. The rate shall also include necessary storage charges for the casurina and Country Wooden Planks at suitable place so as not to affect the traffic and movement of public transporting them to work spot lead lift besides the cost of materials etc., complete. ( Any other improved method of shoring and strutting is also accelptable to TANTRANSCO. But at no extra cost to TANTRANSCO )

Back filling with excavated earth in layers well rammed, watered and compacted as per standard specification including cost of all materials, lead, labour, etc., complete.

Transporting and clearing the excess excavated earth and debris than and there and as soon as immediately to avoid any hinderance to normal flow of traffic and publicf beyond a distance of 5km from the work spot as per the direction of Engineer at site including loading and unloading charges etc., complete.

Laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm using HBG (MB) including cost of all materials, lead, lift and labour, etc., complete and as per std.specification.

Supplying and laying 160mm dia PVC pipe 6 kgf/Sq.cm.including labour for transporting the PVC pipes, laying in position, cutting and jointing the pipe,tying with 7/20SWG G.I.wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap including cost of pipe, specials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and laying 110mm dia PVC pipe 6 kgf/Sq.cm including labour for transporting the PVC pipes, laying in position, cutting and jointing the pipe,tying with 7/20SWG G.I.wire inside the pipe and closing the ends with end cap including cost of pipe, specials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Supplying and Laying RCC cover slab of size 500x600x50mm engraved as 110 kV, including labour for loading, unloading, stenciling the cable route details and placing in position carefully as required at site, cost of slab, all labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Providing barricade arrangement wherever necessary with 8 cm to 10cm dia casurina vertical post andhorizontal runners (vertical post every 1.0 m c/c for anover all height 1.5m driven 0.30m into the ground +1.20m projected above ground level) and horizontal runners in 3 rows cost of all materials , cutting to size taking pits, not to affect the flow of traffic and movement of public transporting to worksite including lead, lift, lift, etc., complete. Note: The barricade have to be removed and refixed twice, for cutting the trench and secondly for removing the dumped earth for laying the cable and the bidder rate shall provide for such operation.

Bailing out water from cable trench and duct while excavating and also while laying cable using 5HP diesel pump including cost of fuel, operator etc., complete.

Casting & placing of RCC offset slab of size 750 x750 x 60 mm casting in RCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement, piling, shuttering, curing, transport from castingpiling, shuttering, curing, transport from casting yard to various locations & fixing the slab along 110 KV cable route as directed by the Engineer incharge with PCC 1:3:6 including cost of all materilas, labour, lessd, lift, etc., including 2 coats of flouresecent paint.

Providing P.C.C. 1:2:4 using 20 mm HB stone without form work including cost of all materials, lead, lift and labour, etc., complete and as per std.specification. For LAS and cable take off

Providing P.C.C. 1:2:4 using 12 to 20 mm HB stone with form work including cost of all materials, lead, lift and labour, etc., complete and as per std.specification. For LAS and cable take off

Brick Masonry in Cement mortar 1:6 using stock for joint chamber including the cost of all materials, lead , lift and labour etc., complete and as per std specification

Trenchless crossing of 3 nos.HDPE pipe of 250mm dia. With wall thickness 10mm including cost of pipe, horizontal directional drilling, supplying and laying 10mm with spigot and socket end by trench less method 2 to 3 m below the ground level without affecting any highway installations and other service lines, the rate includes the provision of drive pit, entry pit, exit pit as required and removing the soil from the pipe, cost of jointing the pipe with fusion method, tying and providing 7/20 SEG GI wire inside the pipe and closing the end by end cover etc., complete or by any other suitable method as the site condition may warrent as approved by the engineer at site all tools and plants i.e., machinery, labour and materials are to be provided by the contractor themselves
