Borewell drilling of dia 225 mm in all kinds of strata with DTH machine upto depth of 100 mtrs including fixing of casing pipe of dia 180 mm of working pressure 8 kg/Sqcm as per direction of Enginner Incharge cost includes hire charges of machine, operator fuel, casing pipe, jamming of pipe and bore cap necessary clamps etc.complete

The Pump should be Stainless steel body with copper winding. Providing and fixing ISI mark 2 HP submersible pump with 80 mtr Head with min 1 year warranty, 80 Mtr ISI mark 2.5 sqmm BCH cable, Garware rope 8mm thick of 70 mtr length, HDPE pipe of 40 mm dia length 90 mtrs, ISI mark starter of required configuration and required fittings for connection of pump like union, Gate valve and required Nuts and bolts complete. All the mentioned materials has to be provided including laying of pipe into existing casing, connection of pump with cable and starter panel and testing of pump set to discharge water complete and connecting pipes complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) pipes of 25 mm including all the tools and necessary fittings etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.25 mm outer dia

Providing and fixing ISI mark Softner for 1000 Ltr capacity RO plant 1354 vesule side mount, MPV with 75 Ltr Ressine, 100 Ltr tank and Dosing pump / Booster pump ''0.5'' HP SS pump/Clorine Chemical 100 LTR Tank PVC ,pipeline UPVC, starter panel 1 Phase of required configuration and required fittings for connection of Softner and Clonine Dose Unit All the mentioned materials has to be provided including laying of into existing connection of Softner with cable and starter panel and testing of pump set to discharge water complete and connecting pipes complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Also included main electric board with all connection in shed. Except incoming power supply cable, all required connections and boards has to be arranged by party/supplier

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Ornamental painting on boards walls with two coat base paint of approved quality enamel paint and ornamental painting and writing in english/hindi in required shade and designs including the cost of all materials,labour etc. complete as per instruction of eng-in-charge
