Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blended with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder @0.03 Cum of premixed macadam) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, water bound macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400sqm and exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified.

WBM 7.5 cm thickness (compacted thickness ) with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8 to 10 tone power roller , using aggregated of granite trap or basalt complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing Premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen any penetration binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size of grade VG-10 laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5% binder content using paving bitumen of Grade VG 10 by weight of total mix, spread by means of mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified.

Painting lines,dashes, arrows,letters etc on roads pavements and the like not exceeding 15 cm width with hot thermoplastic paint 2mm thick in layer including 240 gm glass beads for road marking paint white or golden yellow as approved with the mechanical instrument including peparation of new or previously untreated surfaces to receive the painting complete all as specified and directed.

Cat eyes of dimension 8.1x11.56x1.7 cm metallic body with two way reflector & abrasion resistant lens including fixing arrangement as per manufacturer's instruction (to be fixed at the centre of the road) complete all as specified and directed.

Solar stud with 125x125x25 mm made from aluminium alloy body powered by nano crystal solar panel with high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery , LEDs-010 mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces ae used for high brightness of different colors back up of 12 hours of continuous lighting at night of any color etc all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in Hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thickness Moorum /Red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.
