Cleaning of all type of drains connecting drain including taking out the sludge and other waste materials etc.

Cleaning & upkeeping of the area along road, along residential building including brooming the area, collection of ash, garbage, polythene etc. on weekly basis as per instruction of engineer I/C

Collection & cleaning of garbage, ash , house waste, colony garbage of drain etc. and stacking at suitable place as per instruction of Engineer I/C

Cleaning of septic tank including taking out waste and sludge etc and burning in a required size pit and excavation etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer I/C : a) 10 users

Cleaning of inspection chamber including removing of sludge, roding for cleaning SW pipe from WC pan to chamber, taking out waste and sludge and disposal of sludge complete

Removal of dead bodies including burning them at suitable place sa per instruction of Engineer I/C: a) cats, dogs, & pigs

Removal of dead bodies including burning them at suitable place sa per instruction of Engineer I/C : b) cows & buffalows

Cleaning of grass & removal of the rubbish upto distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area cleared.

CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS By Mechanical Transport including loading ,unloading and stacking: sand , stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size, lime morum , grass, leaves, kitchen waste, polythene, brick bats, tree/branch, earth, malba, sludge etc vides should be deduct 20% as per instruction of engineer incharge lead upto 5 km.

Daily collection of garbage/ kitchen waste from door to door of qtrs. Including disposal of the same in the nearest dust bin of the colony by engaging one labour per day as per instruction of enginer incharge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stoneaggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with Fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand )

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings,bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
