Boring hole suitably distributed along the boundary wall as the strata may vary along the length, as directed, 100mm dia by rotary drilling for soil investigation in any type of soil / rock / concrete floors and sub-bases refusal including boulder, weathered rocks upto a depth of 10.00 metre each as directed, alongwith SLPT at every 1.50 metre and carrying out SPT and other tests required for desigining the foundation, complete all as specified and directed.
The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the following :- (a) Test report shall be included all the tests as required for designing the foundation such as SPT values, bore logs, soil classification and also shall cover the general recommendations for suitable dept, type of foundation RCC retaining wall and compound wall on the sopy area and the proposed type of foundation system bearing capacity likely in total presentable manner. The test report shall be submitted in quintupicate duly bounded in a presentable manner. The unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for samples of soil.
(b) Water will not be supplied by the department (c) The report shall contain following test parameters as applicable to the soil on ground: (i) Bore hole chart (ii) Profile of all type of bore holes (iii) Bearing capacity calculation indicating SBC of soil with the type of foundation and depth at 1.5metre interval (iv) Consolidation test on undisturbed sample
(v) Chemical analysis of ground water (vi) Unconsolidated analysis of ground water (vii) Crushing strength of hard rock samples recovered (viii) SBC of ground with type of foundation (ix) Existing waer table (if met) (x) Photographic / videography record during the progress (d) Compilation of geotechnical report including filed & laboratory test results, recommendation report for foundation system, graphs, pile load capacity, diameter and depth of pipe required for the above mentioned work and addressing all relevant geotechnical issues etc., complete including vetting of report by any Govt. Engineering College in India or any NABL approved laboratory.
