Complete overhauling and servicing of 33 KV outdoor type VCB including disassembly of operating mechanism parts, spring charging motor and mechanism well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226, replacing unserviceable parts/accessories oiling and greasing of moving parts, dismantling checking and well cleaning of pole insulator, checking of vacuum interrupters, well cleaning mechanism linkages drive insulators and fiber reinforced plastic frame around the vacuum interrupters including routine and periodical test, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Supply only spares will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for scrapping laid out aggregate of any size and removing from site and cleaning of dirt and vegetation from site and relaying of the same in switchyards, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of iron fencing complete 33 KV grid including gates of iron gates by scrapping of rusted materials, and painting with two coats of aluminium paint of approved make and colour, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of HT 33 KV HT grid steel structure including all MS channel isolators, CTs, PTs and MOCBs, VCBs, bus bar and other steel structure with synthetic enamelled aluminium paint on structure abd other colour code for equipment after proper surface preparation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Jumpers works in PTs, CTs, MOCBs, isolator, DO fuse by using parallel grove clamp, Tee clamp Tee clamps other connectors required by using ACSR conductor any sizess (Dog/Mouse) including dismantling old conductor and clamp all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge

M&L for repalcement of PG clamps, parallel grove clamps, tee clamps, GI nuts bolts of required size other connectors for connecting ACSR conductor for jumpering all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade earthed with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 Sq mm, 3 core, including taking down of existing old unserviceable cable of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade earthed with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sq mm, 3 core, including taking down of existing old unserviceable cable of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrical connections from HT 33/11 KV transformer of any descriptions by opening of earth & control connections of any type, sealing of oil leakage, replacement of unserviceable parts and filtration of oil, cleaning the transformer, including making all HT connections, control cable connection, earth connection etc including testing the transformer after necessary repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Spares required for repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Supply and fixing in replacement of primary coil of transformer of any capacity, made of super enameled copper winding wire/ strip of existing insulation, gauge and specifications, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Primary coil shall have same number of turns of winding wire and with matching to manufacturer design.

Supply and fixing in replacement of secondary coil of transformer of any capacity, made of super enameled copper winding wire/ strip of existing insulation, gauge and specifications, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Secondary coil shall have same number of turns of winding wire and with matching to manufacturer design.

Disconnecting electrical connections from HT and LT sides of old unserviceable/ damaged/ burnt step down transformers of any descriptions, capacity upto 400 KVA, any type and taking down from the platforms or mounted on exisiting position (four poles/ two pole structure) by hydraulic cranes of suitable capacity and transporting by truck/ lorry to the workshop, opening top cover, draining out the transformer oil in clean barrels, cleaning of sludge from oil tank and conservator tank, cleaning and polishing of tapping contact point, opening carefully copper wire/ strip wound LT coils and rewinding the same after providing new necessary insulating packing material by using the same old strip/ wire, refitting top cover with replacement of studs, nuts, bolts, washers and gasket after repairs/ replacement of unserviceable parts and cleaning the transformer and making the transformer absolutely leak proof, pouring in the insulating oil in the transformer, placing in original position on four pole/ two pole structure/ platform at site and making all HT/LT connections including testing the transformer after necessary repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Spares required for repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged 33 KV HT bushing assembly with new HT bushing assembly (Set of three) with insulated brass stud including nuts, bolts and washers, suitable for transformer of any type, any capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged 11 KV HT bushing assembly with new HT bushing assembly with insulated brass stud including nuts, bolts and washers, suitable for transformer of any type, of any capacity, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged cork sheet gasket with new cork sheet gasket, suitable for transformer of any capacity, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil after draining out oil from transformer by the dehydration machine at site or nearby transformer workshop to achieve di-electric strength 40 KV at 4mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of transportation of dehydration machine and other required materials and tools, plants shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Test certificate of di-electric strength from Govt auth Lab shall be produce before and after dehydradation and filtration process for each transformer.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged air breather assembly with new air breather assembly with silica gel suitable for 33/11 KV transformer including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged air breather assembly with new air breather assembly with silica gel capacity 500 gm suitable for 11/.440 KV transformer including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only fresh transformer oil to top-up and filling in the existing transformer, di-electric strength not than 45 KV, meeting Bureau of Indian Standards: IS 335-1993 (Reaffirmed-2005) specification, examined in a 100mm thick layer at 270°C, clear, transparent and free from all type of suspended matter or sediment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: IOCL/ HPCL/ BPCL/ Reliance.

Routine preventive and annual maintenance of RTCC Panel, dismantling complete and cleaning, repair / replacement of burnt out electrical accessories, checking of connections , repair and replacement of complete internal wiring, current and earth fault relay, voltmeter, ammeter, tripping coil with system, burnt out elecrical parts etc. as existing specification, setting of relays with provided values, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. All minor/ Burnt spares/works, bolts, nuts, washers, connectors, pins, panel hinges, locks, allignment, lubricants etc shall also be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing by stringing stretching and strengthening on insulators ACSR conductor of desired size including aluminium binding wire of suitable cross sectional area including joints sleeve for jointing conductors of equal or unequal size and for jumpers connections including treatment of connector and ACSR conductor joints/jumpers with conducting jelly, and taking down of UNSV conductors, complete all as specified and directed.
