Comprehensive Maintenance of simple full collective controlled 8 passenger elevator equipment 08 Nos of Make OTIS installed at Officers accomodation Field Marshall Cariappa Colony (FMCC) and General Thimmaya Enclave (GTE) bearing machine Nos A-890137, A-890103, A-890277, 52NE0251-02, 52NE-0251-3, 52NE0251-4, 54NE-7655 and 52-NE-0255 with V3F drive micro processor based controller and V3F drive for door and motor including manitenance of ARD, regularly and systematically including inspection,adjustment, repair, renewel or replacement of worn out parts of machine ,motors and controller parts including worms,bearings gears,brake magnet coils or brake motors,brake shoes, brushes,utaotrs, rotating elements,contact coil resistance for operting landing motor circuits,magnet frames,limit switches, contactors, and other mechanical parts,safety devices and governors,guide shoe,guide rollers, gibs, wire ropes including LT travelling cables of cars,etc as warranted for efficient functioning of the lift and drain the old lubricant and refill the housing with fresh lubricant,thorough cleaning of the hoist way ,car and counter weight guide rails, relubricating the guide rails and overall lubrication as required including emergency call back services and over examination etc complete all as directed.

NOTE for item no 1 & 2 (1) The maintenance of lifts shall be done through OEM or their accredited/authorized agencies (2) The Bidder/contractor shall enter into MOU with OEM for maintenance of lift within 15 days after acceptance of tender. (3) The parts shall be genuine and from Original Eqipment Manufacturer(OEM) and as approved by GE. (4) Third party damage due to malfunctioning of lift shall be the responsibility of the contractor and shall be repaired/replaced at hos own cost.

Testing of lift by State authorised lift inspector once during occurrance of the contract and test report to be submiited as specified and as directed.

Removing the defective door closing sensor and supply and fix full length door closing sensor 82 beams full unit complete of make T L JONES or its equivalent all as directed by Engr-in Charge

Taking down the old exhaust fan from the lift car and supply and fix new exhaust fan of same size and capacity complete all as directed.

Removing the defective cabin light fittings and Supply and fix Joy Round LED 3W, recess mounted, compact vertical, round shaped down lighter with removable driver suitable for low ceiling heights complete all as directed. Make Polycab Cat part No LDO0116001 or equivalent of Bajaj/Wipro/ Surya/HPL/Philips/CG

Removing the defective door drive, Supply & Fix door drive suitable for motor capacity 1 HP of make OTIS/Supriya complete all as directed.
