Fixing tiles in floors, treads on steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 joined with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match theshades of the tiles including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing tiles in dado, skirting and rises of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Priming 1 coat with any approved primer including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to to receive paint including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost, conveyence and taxes, all incidental charges & cess etc. but excluding GST and complete the work in all respects as per drawing, design,specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
